it is not hotel its bethel, all notorious hooligans are staying in this hotel, in tire one night we had facing a lot of water slippage in side the room force me to check out next day, although i have three night booking, my suggestion to all future customer not chose this so called hotel with a legal family member

oyo jalan lake view could not provide us with a room even after advanced booking. moreover, the staff was not cooperative and the manager was unavailable. to add to that, they were demanding extra money to accommodate ina poor quality room. so the experience there was terrible.

Dirty rooms is very bad experience

The hotel seemed very shady the uploaded pictures are very old. The hotel manager asks for extra money more and you do not have any choice. Stay at railway station instead if you do not have a place to stay. Never stay at this hotel!

Booked at 1404. Travelled all the way to the hotel with luggage for checkin. Reception guy asked me to give 800 extra as it is showing that much more in oyo. Was not ready to hear me. Called They communicated to oyo team who said owner is not cooperating. Refund processed. I had to travel to my meeting with the big bags. If I were to approach consumer court I could have got good compensation. But only thing I asked was to pull them out so that this does not happened again.

The hotel people are not responding my call when i reach in kolkata airport after that I hiring the taxi and receded at hotel.The hotel people sed you are late in checkin.So we sell the room another party .Then I hire the another room nearby . Please take proper action against the hotel and help to refund the booking amount.

for your kind information i would like to inform you that, they have charged extra ₹700 for the same room and told me that they have no connection. if you paid ₹700 you may stay here otherwise cancel your booking.

Hotel extra charge me 3000 and bathroom water sevice is very poor bedsheet not clean drinking water and water glass is not available so please provide me solution hotel receipt is attached. So please provide me 3000 refund
