The best 5 Star in New Town. The hotel was extremely clean, hygienic and smells extremely good. The hospitality was very good. the check in process was easy. the room was big and spacious. the bathroom was big the bathtub was extremely good. the view was very good. the food was top class. recommend to visit

Fantastic rooms, great views and excellent service. Extremely tasty food, though the menu could have been slightly bigger. Only the text in the Bar Menu of 30/31 is too small to read in the dimly lit ambiance.

Our stay at The Westin Hotel, Kolkata was absolutely wonderful. The location, hospitality, food, and breakfast — everything was excellent. Chef Abdul Rashid specially served us Badam ka Halwa, which was very tasty. The Champaran Mutton was also delicious. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Food was avarage but the price was extremely high.....one plate of biriyani they cost Rs1500/- it is not a joke... 2 picecs of kabab cost 1395 rs

The location was nice, but I was disappointed that the hotel seemed reluctant to provide a city-view or lake-view room. The receptionist, Preethumita, assisted us during check-in. Food, as always, was quite good. However, the room experience was not up to 5-star standards. I was allotted Room No. 2307, where the tap did not have a washer. There was no bathtub soap provided, and I had to call express service for it. Unfortunately, most of the time my calls went unanswered. Even before arrival, when I tried confirming my booking from my personal number, my calls were not picked up. On 2nd October, which was my wife’s birthday, I had requested for a cake and room decoration. While I understand the hotel does not provide room decoration, I was surprised that the cake was not arranged at check-in despite my prior request, and her name was also not written on it as communicated earlier. I eventually had to follow up at the reception to get the cake. On the positive side, the concierge services truly stood out. The staff who accompanied us to the room, assisted with the cars, and the service boys were extremely polite, helpful, and left a very good impression with their behavior.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Awesome service and hard working staff. Will surely recommend it to those who visit Kolkata or want a staycation.

It was an awesome experience! I went to celebrate my wife's birthday, and as requested, Westin arranged a surprise decoration with cake. Overall, it was a great experience. Special thanks to MMT for making the booking and staying hassle free.

Property located in New town..so away from the real kolkatta..if some one want to enjoy kolkatta fun & food then he has to go to park street and that is very far
