Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi Airport

We have no issue with the property we have issue with make my trip Urgent: Unauthorized Charges and Demand for Full Refund Dear MakeMyTrip Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and outrage over the unauthorized charges I incurred during my recent stay at Four Points by Sheraton in New Delhi. I booked my stay through your platform. However, upon check-in, the Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi Airport demanded an additional ₹1,700 for a third adult/child, a charge that was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers. Due to this disruption, I missed a wedding I traveled a great distance to attend. This is completely unacceptable. I insist on a full refund, which includes the original booking cost and the unauthorized additional charge. If this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction immediately, I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Sincerely, Lubhit Mamodia

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi Airport. Everything about the Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi Airport was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Amazing service and ambience. The restaurant in the Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi Airport is really good and serves a variety of menu. Good amenities and everything is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is also very great. A variety of options and very top class service. And the food was really yummy.... My wife and my kids is very very comfortable in the Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi Airport nd my kids its full enjoye... I love this property

I booked two rooms and stayed with my family. If you are looking for a stay with parents and children this is a perfect Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi Airport. Stay was comfortable, hospitality was A one! Staff was so humble. The property is conveniently accessible and surrounded by lush of greenery. Not to forget breakfast had a great variety and taste was on point.

It was great stay there … literally the property was too good ..and the room was feel like home u love the place and want to stay again there ! Staff was alsooo too good at the reception on the doors security guards everyone just amazing …facilities that was provided like gym , food court , pool etc . Everything was excellent !

Food was good in taste & was freshly prepared, location was very good even the staff was very warm & friendly but the service can be little better as found it bit on the slower side Overall a decent place to stay with clean rooms , quiet atmosphere & lot of greenery around :)

Perfect location if you want to stay close (15 mins drive max even at busy times) to the airport. Good breakfast buffet and helpful staff. 24X7 in-room dining is convenient if you are travelling at odd hours.

It was good but make my trip made us pa y for the extra bed at the property inspite of booking for 3 persons at the start

In this budget, it’s a pretty decent property. Food was too good and even the service. The only thing which I think is missing is SPA. Rest all good.
