An excellent property with beautiful ambience, a great location, and very helpful staff. The property is quite spacious, with well-maintained rooms and plenty of space for a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, and one of the best parts of the property is that it serves completely vegetarian cuisine. The quality and taste of the food were truly impressive. The staff deserves special appreciation for their cooperation and helpful nature. I was travelling with my special angel, and they supported us throughout our stay. We returned from Vaishno Devi Mata Temple around midnight, and the team arranged a car to pick us up from the designated point. This level of care and service made our experience truly memorable. It is difficult to express such excellent hospitality in words. The warmth, support, and dedication of the staff made our stay very special. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. I will definitely visit again. Jai Mata Di

We had a wonderful stay at Katra Marriott Resort & Spa. Although we visited back in August 2026 and this review is long overdue, the experience was so memorable that I still wanted to share it. The hospitality was truly exceptional. A heartfelt thanks to Deepak, the Front Office Manager, for ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay, and to Sanjit and Amarjit at the restaurant for their warm and attentive service. The food was consistently excellent, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views, making the entire stay even more special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and one we look back on very fondly. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!

Had an amazing 2-night stay at Katra Marriott Resort & Spa. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and extremely well maintained. The hospitality throughout our stay was truly excellent. The food was absolutely awesome — every meal was delicious and perfectly prepared. A special thanks to Chef Deepak for the wonderful food and to Sanjeet for his warm and attentive service. They made our dining experience even more memorable. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Katra and looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Truly a 5-star experience!

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The front desk team was always ready to assist and ensured a smooth and hassle-free check-in and check-out experience. The food was good, and the complimentary transportation services from the railway station to the Katra Marriott Resort & Spa and from the Katra Marriott Resort & Spa to the helipad were very convenient and well managed. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would gladly recommend this property to other visitors.

Good location with great view. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great value for money, for a Marriott property. Restaurant ambience is good. Food is average and it's completely understaffed even for below normal occupancy. You can't go out of the building because of the monkey menace. It’s impossible to walk outside. Monkeys are always roaming around.
