So humble, neat & tidy, quick & wow !!!! Even when we were late for check in they did ask for our check in time. Helpful with every need we had. In taxi they provided us fortuner. Buffet is warm & pleasant.

Excellent stay, they upgraded our stay from deluxe to family room which was very spacious and with all in room amenities properly maintained. The highlight of this hotel is it’s location close walkable proximity to the Katra market where you can do shopping also it’s complimentary shuttle is a great add on , the driver takes you to the Bus Stand Registration counter where you can get RFID and then drops you to the Banganga Entry point. The food is awesome , we tried dinner buffet it had good varieties . The morning breakfast buffet had good options for everyone. From a warm welcome with Mata tilak on forehead to parting gift as Mata ka Prasad made everything overwhelming

The property was wonderful, the staff was so good, location was awesome, the best part was it was located in the centre of the city and u can reach the station, market, Niharika bhawan in just a minute and i must tell you about Food it was not the best its the bestest one and the staff who was catering to us in morning buffet they are really superb.... i wish i come next time and stay here
