Location was good, morning breakfast was good but late. I booked a king size bed room, but 4022 had a queen size bed. I asked at the reception and they said it was king size only. I know what a king size and queen size bed is. We asked about the spa query also but they didn't call us back.

Hospitality at its best. The property is very beautiful, centrally located and well maintained. The food is delicious. And above all the staff is very warm, helpful particularly the Manager Arun and Ms Anita, the lady in the restaurant who was keen to help and customize things for anyone. I would like to stay here again and again. Already this is my third year consecutively that I am staying here with my family.

Overall Experience: Very Disappointing I had a terrible experience at this hotel during my visit to Mata Vaishno Devi shrine. Poor Service and Unresponsive Staff: The service staff was extremely unresponsive throughout our stay. Basic requests were ignored or handled with indifference, making the entire experience frustrating. Major Disappointment - Transportation Failure: The most disappointing aspect was the complete failure in arranging transportation. We had an early morning train at 5:45 AM, and despite informing the reception the previous evening, Rohit at the reception completely failed to arrange a taxi for us. There were 3-5 other families also stranded without transportation. We had to scramble at the last minute and take an auto-rickshaw to the station in a mad rush, which was extremely stressful. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable. If they couldn't arrange a vehicle, the least they could have done was inform us in advance so we could make alternate arrangements. Instead, we were left stranded with no help. The Only Positive: The only decent thing was the drop service to Ban-Ganga and assistance with RFID for darshan. Food: Overpriced. Better options available outside. Not Recommended: I would not recommend this hotel due to poor service, unresponsive staff, and unreliable transportation arrangements.
