Decent hotel with clean rooms

This is a relatively new hotel in Udaipur. It is part of the budget hotels under Wyndham brand. Staff is polite and courteous. Rooms are decently equipped and clean. They are spacious as well. Corridors are very dim. Food is average but expensive. This is a major drawback. This hotel is about 7 kms from the key tourist spots in Udaipur. Taxi and autos are available with Uber and Ola. But it will be at least a 30 minutes ride each time.

I stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was impressive and the overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful. For a short stay, it exceeded my expectations — definitely worth recommendation

Looks Good from Outside but Fails in Every Aspect

The overall experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the locality is decent, the staff behavior and service quality fall far below expectations. The kitchen staff appear largely untrained, especially the lady at the restaurant reception who lacks basic hospitality manners. In-room dining is extremely poor — most of the time, the response to any order is simply “not available,” even for items clearly listed on the menu. The staff’s attitude is rude and unhelpful, and there seems to be no of customer service. It also takes an unreasonably long time for food to be served. I had to wait nearly 45–50 minutes just for a simple order of a hot brownie with ice cream, which is unacceptable for any standard of service. Housekeeping is done daily, but only as a formality. The staff merely fold the bedsheet and align the pillows, without any proper cleaning or attention to detail. Additionally, the swimming pool is poorly maintained and visibly unclean. The filtration system does not seem to be running properly, making the pool unhygienic and unpleasant to use. Another major issue is the disturbing crowd in the hotel. Guests keep roaming around and shouting from room to room even at 2 a.m., causing serious inconvenience to others. Despite multiple complaints, the manager’s response is always the same — “They are only for today, from tomorrow this problem won’t be there.” Yet, the same continues every night. Overall, a highly unsatisfactory stay — poor management, untrained staff, lack of cleanliness, and absolutely no control over guest behavior. Definitely not worth the price or recommendation.

I stayed here for three nights. The room itself was good, and being on a higher floor offered a nice scenic view. However, the property is located quite far from the main city, and the surroundings become dark and isolated in the evenings, leaving no place for an evening walk or outing. The breakfast was repetitive — the same menu was served all three days, which became quite boring after a while. Overall, while the room was comfortable, the location and lack of variety in food made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

It was a amazing stay at hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and quick if any thing required. one of the best USP of hotel is infinity pool which is mine blowing. Breakfast buffet was perhaps best in udaipur. we will prefer again services of Wyndham group. special thanks to whole staff who made our trip memorable.

Right from the early check in to late check out we had a very good experience by a welcoming staff.The hotel is ideally located amidst hills and we experienced sunrise from our hotel room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very supportive and made the experience comfortable. However, the rooms are not soundproof, which affects privacy, and the buffet could offer more variety. swimming pool was not clean , They have started calling from 10:30 onwards for check out. for parking you need park your vehicle to next building there no no parking in hotel or in bas swimming pool was not clean ,

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel . Location was with in the city limits . The hotel offered appetising breakfast each morning, with plenty of fresh and healthy options and service was quick. All amenities were available and overall services and staff were very proactive and helpful

Location is on outskirts of city, peaceful location and cab easily available from location. Food was good. Rooms are good, I got a good view on high floor. Toilet is very good, shower area pretty big and strong rain shower.

Disappointed - Not worth the money spent

The linen was dirty in the room, and the basic feel of the room was very gloomy. The hygiene is a cause of concern and I wouldn’t like stay here in near future. Just a small observation, such a big hotel but no concierge/ gate keeper at the main entrance. Lack of cleanliness in the rooms disappointed me.
