Kasauli! The place is super cozy, peaceful, and feels just like home. food is good service is excellent. being so kind and helpf stay. staff is very friendly in nature and guided us really well about nearby places and things to do, which made our trip even better. I even forgot my silver bracelet there, and they were sweet and honest enough to parcel it back to me and i really appreciate that gesture!

This time was our second stay at Ramada. It is the best with all facilities and staff is very cooperative.

The stay could be memorable if only they were not very strict with timings . When they mention breakfast is till 10.30am , they start removing the dishes at exact that time not giving any extra time . That is quite rude and weird especially when other hotels extend their hospitality by doing extra in these times . The reception staff was quite direct without any warmth in tone , be it female or male , especially the female staff when it came to extending the checkout time . We had got an extension from a staff and the next day the other female staff was quite rude to say not possible, I said I’m not asking my for ur permission but letting you know Bcoz I have got the extension permission from ur own colleague. They are also very strict with water distribution in the room 2 bottles for double occupancy per day . No hotel in these times follow this . Anyways the hotel is good location wise even maintenance wise . Just the hospitality cud improve . They know that the hotel will always be operational bcoz of the prime location and the brand . But here the hospitality cud only bring back happily and not just for location . Food was good though

The hotel enjoys an excellent location in the heart of the city, just about 1 km from the Golden Temple. The breakfast was of very good quality with a satisfactory variety of options. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The property also features a swimming pool, adding to the overall experience. However, it is worth noting that the hotel does not have a bar..

Nice hotel, close to Golden temple and market. E Rickshaws available in plenty outside the hotel and all places accessible from the hotel.I had reached the hotel at 9am and had requested for early check in in advance. However on arriving I was told that check-in would be possible after 10.30 am without any charges. I decided to wait and I got the keys at 11.30 am only after me enquiring on the same which was a dampener.Food quality and spread for morning buffet was great.Overall service levels was good.

Property location is very good who wants to visit Golden temple. Hospitality is excellent.Food is also very good.

Property was well maintained however for the amount they charged could have provided free breakfast.
