The hotel is a vintage property and is built strategically which makes it different from other hotels, the room was good and matched the expectations of a 4 star hotel, the breakfast buffet was smaller compared to other 4 star hotels but there were other dishes made upon order so that balanced it out, but the best part of my stay was that I forgot my airpods in my hotel room and realised it only after arriving at the airport and I had lost hope of recovering it but when I called the hotel reception, they quickly sent the staff to check the room for the lost airpods and confirmed me within 5 minutes that they recovered it from the room and would be happy to hand it over anytime that suits me best.

Everything is so good. Good quite location. The room size is bigger than the other 5 star hotels. Good varieties of continental and Indian food. I had a wonderful stay at the property. The hospitality was excellent, especially by the staff. A special mention to Arjun (waiter), who went out of his way to make the dining experience memorable by recommending specials and ensuring everything was perfect. Also, Chef Jaspal deserves appreciation for preparing dishes on special request, which were absolutely delicious. The food, location, and overall facilities were great, but it was the warmth and efforts of the staff that truly made the stay exceptional.

The heritage property is absolutely breathtaking vast, beautifully kept, and so well maintained. The interiors are stunning, with a perfect blend of elegance and timeless charm that left me awestruck. Dinner in the restaurant was truly a pleasure ,the food was delicious, and the staff was so cooperative and attentive, making the experience even more memorable. The property is exceptionally well managed, and every moment spent here felt special. A real joy to stay at, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for heritage, luxury, and warm hospitality.
