Positives : 1. The room that we stayed at was really amazing in terms of view and comfort. 2. Food was hands down very good (shout out for kala mutton and gulab jamun) 3. The car that we took from chandigarh could not move further up, we were 1. 4 km far from Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Hamsa Manali, was tons of traffic, had to call Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Hamsa Manali and they were happy to send a car (4-by-4) because that was really kind of the team and they didn't even take the money. 4. Housekeeping team was very nice, special mention to the guy who brought heater when i called them up at 2:30 am in the night and trust me, that night was very very cold, probably -9 degree celsius. I spoke with the senior supervisor, he was also really professional, i believe his name was shiv, other folks shout out for deepak, sonu. 5. View was seriously good! snow covered mountain. 6. Shout out for the Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Hamsa Manali owneri believe who checked in on me and asked if everything is fine and was happy to help allowing her team to fetch the medicines for my wife. Scope of improvement (not negatives) : 1. The Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Hamsa Manali is located at a higher altitude, driving up from the mall road has tons of traffic and it can be risky, better if Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Hamsa Manali management can have a civil discussions with the himachal govt and request them to make the route one way, 3 hours i was stuck on the check in day, it was not good, trust me. 2. The doors are wooden and there is a gap at the bottom, when it's a very cold day, tons of chill air flow come in and i had to use towel to cover the bottom parts of the door, kindly take a look into it. 3. Spa therapists need more training with pressure points, their behavior is very nice but if they can be trained further, it will be really great, my head massage was bit average, see the thing is everywhere there should be accountability, if i pay money i will also be very mindful about whether my money spent was worth it or not ) 4. Heaters should be already made available in Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Hamsa Manali rooms and guests should be informed about it when they check in. 5. There is a fireplace inside rooms, i feel Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Hamsa Manali folks should be asking if they can bring some firewood there to heat the room, not sure if i am wrong here, i was little confused if i should ask for that or not. Guys - take this in a positive note, for me you guys are 10/10, so i hope you folks do work on this.

had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hamsa Hotel Manali! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Our stay at the Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Hamsa Manali turned out to be a wonderful experience, though it started with a bit of a hiccup. The check-in process was initially not the smoothest, but thankfully, Ritik from the front desk stepped in and handled the situation brilliantly. He quickly resolved the booking issue, ensuring we had a hassle-free stay from that point onward. At the restaurant, Rakesh provided outstanding service, especially when it came to our kids. He was incredibly thoughtful, offering modifications to the fixed menu to accommodate their preferences, which made our dining experience even better. The Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Hamsa Manali itself was beautiful—a fantastic location, well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and the food was simply amazing. Despite the initial hiccup, the excellent service and overall experience more than made up for it. Would highly recommend this place and would love to visit again!

Comfortable room (very spacious room and bathroom, of r fitted in room to ensure warmth, prompt service (staff is extremely courteous, beautiful property (surrounded by mountains giving spectacular views, delicious food (had the best biryani ever, lots of activities (beautiful and comfortable library and indoor games area) and awesome-inspiring views and location!

Excellent property with the most amazing view. My family just loved the whole stay. Food quality too good. We would like the come back to the same property again in summer time. I traveled with my wife and two children. All of us had a wonderful time at this beautiful resort a little uphill from the Manali town, with nature’s beauty abound on all sides. Food was delicious especially the Dal Makhi, Mezze Platter and the Sundae. People incharge were extremely courteous. Will love to visit again.

The Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Hamsa Manali is situated on higher side of Manali where the view is breathtaking the snowy mountains on the upper side and the greenery on the lower side. Would recommend to take the room with balcony. The food was okay only they can work on that and make the stay more good.

Location is perfect close to Mall Road and Solang valley. Property is beautiful. Heated pool is also a good experience.

Good location for scenic view. Booking was made including child, and my selection was including for breakfast, but yet their policy to charge extra for kid breakfast is silly.
