Noteworthy to mention the restaurant service, homely care, tasty breakfast. Staff in charge and the staff greet with gratitude and care. Sumithra, Sathya, Sourav and Jesmitha taken care well and their hospitality is great! Appreciated also for the packed snacks. Peaceful and quiet good ambience including satisfied Check-in and Check-out experience. Location is now better and nice with the completion of the pending road and bridge work. Now, travel to hotel is better than before!

The experience is not so good compared with 5 star hotel. The bathroom was dirty, not so good shower gel, shampoo etc was there. Food quality is extremely poor. Not do warm welcome during checkin. Drinking water bottle was smelling. Very pathetic stay.

The experience has not been good. After checkin, the reception did not provide the WiFi password. When I tried calling, no one answered initially. Later, the manager picked up and carelessly mentioned that they were busy, which is why the calls were not answered. When I asked for the WiFi password, he provided which did not work. I called again, and another person picked up and shared Overall, the staff seemed very careless, and this has spoiled my mood.
