I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was excellent—easy to access, and situated in a peaceful area. The food was delicious, with a good variety of dishes and fresh ingredients. I especially appreciated the attentive staff at the restaurant who ensured everything was to my liking.

The experience has not been good. After checkin, the reception did not provide the WiFi password. When I tried calling, no one answered initially. Later, the manager picked up and carelessly mentioned that they were busy, which is why the calls were not answered. When I asked for the WiFi password, he provided which did not work. I called again, and another person picked up and shared Overall, the staff seemed very careless, and this has spoiled my mood.

The experience was not good. From the king size bed it was given a single bed of 2 nos which is no us.Food quality is also average

Wonderful Stay
Very nice and spacious rooms, entrance was nice, and staff was courteous. Some work going on in front of hotel entrance. Food quality and taste was good. We complained about butter milk served and they immediately replaced with another.

Excellent Stay
ITC welcomhotel in GST road is a hidden gem among good hotels in outskirts of the city. The breakfast buffet is scrumptious. It is bang on the main road and overlooks a nice flyover as view. There are nice temples in vicinity and staff is courteous and helpful.
