Hotel residency towers is very neat, clean, hygienic. It is equipped with automated controls for lighting, curtains, etc. Breakfast is very delicious with lot of variety such as dosa, medu vada, idle etc which are piping hot. Also bakery items, cakes, fresh fruit, etc. Complimentary mini bar with drinks, wafers, etc. Mineral water best quality kinley. Shoe shine good. Good quality tea in room. Tea maker very new and good. Complimentary laundry for 4 items. Overall excellent The Residency Towers.

Had a wonderful stay at the The Residency Towers! the rooms were spotless and well-maintained & was especially impressed by the automated in room facilities that made everything super convenient. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout with a special mention to manisha at the reception. Her helpful and friendly attitude truly stood out. Exceptional hospitality overall. Cheers!

Excellent comfortable rooms and service. Unfortunately, swimming pool was unavailable due to ongoing renovations which were not intimated to guest earlier. Thought the breakfast buffet was routine 5 star variety and relatively inadequately visible. Sky was excellent especially the location and service. All in all enjoyed the short stay.

The stay was amazing and the technology to control everything in the room was outstanding. The in-room dining experience was great. The The Residency Towers, room, and restaurant were all good maintained and superior ambiance. I enjoyed my stay there and I would highly recommend anyone visiting Chennai.

Excellent room though a bit tight due to furniture. Good location. We did not enjoy the wide breakfast spread one bit. Other than freshly prepared dosa, we found other items not tasty. Plenty to choose from. Worst was tea and coffee. Barista did not perhaps know how to make a capuccino
