I had a wonderful stay at residency towers in the premium suite. The room was beautiful and clean. Food was excellent. The staff were courteous and informed us about the high tea and evening bites that were part of the package. The amenities were opulent and a welcome relief from the budget friendly hotels nowadays. Definately plan to stay with friends or close family. Well worth the experience

Well maintained hygienic rooms and food served at 18th floor for breakfast I love the most. Very courteous staffs who understands all on your needs and serve. They are sharp. Thank you will certainly visit again

We had a business stay in this hotel. We liked the location. It was near our business area. The view of the city from my room was also good.

Modern well kept rooms, excellent location near shopping area, good. big B/F spread. Check in and check out both smooth and swift. Strongly recommend.

though we booked with exact age 1 A & 1C details. they insisted that I have to pay for second as adult. later a duty manager after seeing make my trip voucher again relented only when I said I will cancel booking swimming pool and gym not operational. not informed earlier. nor a 5 star experience.

Every thing was exceptional. The location, hospitality, cleanliness, supportive and soft spoken staff all added to the pleasurable stay. Highly recommended

Excellent comfortable rooms and service. Unfortunately, swimming pool was unavailable due to ongoing renovations which were not intimated to guest earlier. Thought the breakfast buffet was routine 5 star variety and relatively inadequately visible. Sky was excellent especially the location and service. All in all enjoyed the short stay.
