I booked a triple occupancy room through MMT, and the booking was clearly confirmed for three guests, with full payment made accordingly. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional charge for the third person. With no alternative, I had no choice but to pay.
MMT later claimed in the fine print that the booking was valid only for two persons, which is misleading. If that were truly the case, why was the booking confirmed for three guests, and why was I charged the higher amount accordingly? Booking for two guests would have cost less.
This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I strongly urge MMT to ensure better transparency and accountability in the booking process.
