It was an amazing experience, Starting from reception to housekeeping, food everything was excellent.....very good and helpful staff....amazing food and hygiene...definitely recommend it...

itc grand chola is one of the best places in chennai food is great lot of restaurants and options staff has helped us a lot especially with our baby every thing we needed was one message or call away and the room we booked was one bedroom apartment it had all the amenities of a small house so thoughtfully done. we had one extra person so having a living room helped a lot especially with privacy overall a very pleasant stay and one cherish

I have visited this property for the first time and its a WOW experience.. the elegance and royal hospitality was so great.. Restaurants at this property is too good, especially Peshawri and Pan Asian. Excellent stay I would say.

I had a wonderful stay at ITC Grand Chola Chennai. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the stay very pleasant. The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. Since I was traveling with a toddler, I truly appreciated the extra effort they put in to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. A special mention to Ankita from the guest relations team - she was always available for support, even through WhatsApp. She consistently ensured that all our needs were taken care of and that we were comfortable. Thank you, Ankita, for your outstanding hospitality and care. The hotel was also kind enough to accommodate a late checkout, which made our departure much smoother and added to the overall comfort of our stay. I will definitely be booking again on my next visit to Chennai!

Excellent property in Prime location. The elegance of the property makes you feel like you are in a Palace. The staffs make you feel like a King. The rooms are very quite, neat and clean. The toiletries are so Rich and the tub bath if so comforting. Must try place for a good stay and good food.

Room size is big and very peaceful. Guest handling by the staff is very good. The cash which I paid is definitely worth.
