The rooms were not equipped with smart tv. The rooms were small and the food and over was quite expensive

Restaurant service is extremely poor ! They took ages in food delivery ( salad ) . Even breakfast service was lousy.

Great stay
Had a really good stay at Radisson Chennai Egmore. The location is super convenient and easy to get around from. The staff were genuinely kind and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. The rooms and amenities were great too — everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. Just a small suggestion — it would be nice if the TVs were upgraded to smart ones, and if things stayed a bit quieter in the corridor after 10 PM. Apart from that, it’s a lovely place to stay and I’d definitely come back!

Good Stay
Centrally located and comfortable rooms. The staff are pleasant and happy to accommodate requests. The breakfast spread is decent and offers variety of option. I was unimpressed by the executive manning the breakfast entrance.

Ambiance and Restaurant
Room was comfortable and sufficiently spacious. inside - really good ambience. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast which were really nice. Service was excellent. Swimming pool and gym facilities were well kept. Was here for an office event. Food services were decent, beverages were really good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
