Heaven on Earth
the experience was amazing.. I believe this is heaven in Earth during Monsoons.. I would like to thank Ms Divya innthe reception who made our checkin process and explained all about the resort. Mr Dharshan, who patiently drove us thru all the resort.. Mr Lawrance, Head Chef, who made our stay more memorable surprising our taste buds with his amazing food. And special thanks to Miss Sravani, the relationship manager who ensured our stay was comfortable. Thank you Tamara Team for making our stay memorable at Heaven on Earth

A walk through heaven
Tamara is always a pleasent experience. Good points being amazing customer service and staff, Descent food, large property to walk around. coffee plantation tour was amazing even in high rainfall. Work is needed in terms of transport, the bugee ride takes 20 mins prior booking, it's a large property so to get from one place to another was very difficult. it's very frustrating at times but staffs were very helpful.Only wish it gets better

Poor Stay
The Hotel has a strange policy of not allowing kids under 12, hence was denied the check-in despite earnest requests made. We booked two rooms for a family of four and one of the child was 11 years old.

"Tamara Coorg's location is a true escape-surrounded by coffee plantation, hills, fresh mountain air." Ideal for nature lovers, quiet, scenic away form city noise. Beautiful property and the hospitality was top notch and every staff member ( Special thanks to Sourabh) was kind and attentive. Would definitely love to come back. Perfect weekend gateway!! The last approx. 4 kms stretch of the road is a bit challenging, road are slightly narrow and lil bumpy towards the end but the final destination make it a memorable drive. :)
