Coorg Cliffs Resorts

​Food was not good, lacking local cuisine, and kitchen staff ignored feedback. ​Amenities were decent but badly maintained (dusty); strict and short timing windows were very restrictive. ​The most annoying issue was the unclean property, featuring spider webs and bugs everywhere.

Property was excellent. The response each everybody gave us. Excellent hygiene was Excellent overall, it's a great experience

Stay was Good with Good Balcony view from steep hill. Room was good. Food was Good as well both Breakfast and Dinner.

I had a really comfortable stay at the resort. The staff were friendly. It's great for a family outing. Food can be a little better. But the number of options were good.

The place has excellent staff who provide wonderful service. The quality of food is very good. We were really taken care of during our stay

The view from the swimming pool area was too good. The food was nice and the staff was friendly. had a nice time

It was a complete flop show by CCR as the service was bad, rooms were smelly and the worst part was tasteless food. You will die of hunger as you won’t find any item in the menu which has any taste

first of all the location of the resort was so good. Fantastic ambience and neat rooms. it was raining when we reached they still received us well. loved the food (5/5), gym play area and swimming pool. the manager, the staffs everyone was friendly and supportive. will visit for sure one more time

We had a very nice experience at coorg cliffs resort the location was very beautiful and we were travelling with a toddler so they had everything we asked for , they also arranged for baby food , we enjoyed alot in swimming pool . Room was clean but only bathroom was little bit of an issue, the water was not getting properly drained out and was quite slippery . Please take care of above issue else rest was very good specially staff members were very warm.

Stay was amazing with beautiful ambience and backdrop. Room was spacious, balcony had good view as well. Food served was hot and tasty. The care takers were really helpful and responsive.

Firstly congratulations to Mr.John who is running the resort as a well oiled machine. Mr.Subramanya operations manager was a fantastic person. Receptionist Basheer handled the conversations well. Theresa Savitha always checked with us on how we are doing. Appuchu did a great plantation tour. The restaurant team was also awesome. Overall it was a wonderful location, nice spacious rooms with great food.

Location is very serene and amidst lush green forest. The view from our room captured the valley, plantations and majestic mountains. Room was quite big and had all amenities. Food was excellent with widest choices ( vegetarian cuisines) . Right from the moment we entered the property until the last minute, every interaction was memorable and the staff exhibited highest hospitality standards. Strongly recommend for family and business both. And if you are looking to explore Madikeri, Kushal nagar and other areas of interest then you should be well planned as this property is an hour away . Own transportation would come very handy. Clubhouse amenities are also quite adequate. Swimming pool, zip line, kids play area , indoor and outdoor activities all are quite nicely organised. We stayed in the fourth week of June and It was raining on and off and so one has to plan the visit taking into consideration the weather forecasts .

I recently stayed at this amazing resort and had a truly unforgettable experience. The view was absolutely mind-blowing, and the service was top-notch. A special thanks to Atul Joshi, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Prashant and Savitha were also incredibly kind and supportive.

Amazing stay. Had gone to just unwind and the resort had ample activities to stay engaged for 3 days and not step outside. The resort had something to keep my parents as well as my toddler occupied through the stay. Used the infinity swimming pool as well. very well maintained. the games room also was decently kept up. The only thing that needs attention is the gym; although I understand that the usage may not be as high considering it's a leisure resort. Our package included dinner and we took a la carte for lunch. Very fresh food and good variety all 3 days. Nothing felt repetitive as such. They have an on-call service available for khichdi, fruits etc for toddlers and kids, which is served complimentary in the room. definitely coming back to the hospitality and the facilities.
