Avadale Coorg- Stag Group Not Allowed

Wonderful experience at Avadale Coorg Resort. Enjoyed the hospitality of Mr. Keerthan & colleagues at the reception. Food on order A La Carte as well as Buffet available. While booking with apprehension on whether it will be a wrong location to connect to places in Coorg, it turned out to be the ideal location since the two major destinations in Coorg, that of Kushal Nagar & Madikeri were almost equidistant from the resort in opposite directions. The property seems to be an old mansion converted to a resort, so unlike the swanky atmosphere in Hotels, this gave a vintage experience, ideal for a silent, calm stay. Walking around the property itself is rewarding. Ample parking space & recreation facilities though without a swimming pool. The resort doesn't offer a car wash facility & the less than 300 meter approach road is not surfaced though that's not a deterrent to a beautiful resort experience. The rooms are that of an old bunglow & hence of vintage nature. Overall worth the choice👍

Avadale is the best place to stay in coorg. Very calm and peaceful. Resort is surrounded with lush green trees. At the same time rooms are also very spacious. Mr. Kirtan who was the manager of the place is very kind and helped us know things about coorg. And the epitome of this place is food. Om g i think we had the best food at avadale. Me, my wife and especially our daughter really enjoyed the food. They served us freshly cooked, hot and scrumptious food at our table. If u are planning to visit coorg make sure u book your stay at avadale. Thank you so much avadale for making our stay memorable.

The property is located on a coffee estate with 2 ponds and a river within the estate. You can enjoy nature walk in the morning with the early morning sounds of birds. Cottages are spacious with water filter in the cottage. Staff is very friendly and will guide for sightseeing. Buffet is not a huge spread due to limited guests but taste is good and service too. Property is surrounded by trees. Mango, lemon, chickoo. Peaceful lication. A little extra drive from the popular raja seat, abbey falls etc as compared to madikeri Avadale Coorg- Stag Group Not Alloweds but its worth it

We went to Coorg on 25 April,It's hot everywhere however the Avadale resort was extremely cosy and beautiful with fruit trees, coffee plantation, birds, ducks, hens, etc. my kids loved it completely. in fact the property has 2 natural ponds, and an extremely deep river stream deep in the forest area. it's an idle place for bird lovers as well. the food was just excellent with the right kind of balance between veg and non veg. very refreshing trip and would like to visit again

The place was clean, well maintained and nice. Only problem we thought personally was that the food was not upto the mark. The management should look into this. The breakfast menu and the buffet prices are high but the food is not that good and is not served hot as well.

Overall stay was good. Staff was Courteous. Only issue was the Avadale Coorg- Stag Group Not Allowed policy of not allowing us to pluck fruits which was rotting and getting wasted on the ground.

The stay at avadale coorg is excellent. Rooms are very good and so is the food. Best for family with kids. The resort is massive with plenty of amazing things and nature
