good location, comfortable stay, neet and clean, friendly approaches of the hotel staffs, tasty food, reasonable changes of food and beverages, quick room servicing staffs, which all amenities makes us a very good and comfortable stay.

nice place in the heart of city , with very good ambience decorated perfectly with small little plants and miniature especially the elephant at the entrance

Toilet seat cover was coming off ,we requested to repair but the seat cover was coming off repeatedly even after repairing two times...hence altogether it was a poor experience

The AC was hardly working, food was ok but be careful with the prices mentioned in menu card and the bill. Bathroom was very small and room was also not that great in this price range.

Stay was ok but place was very noisy. Not an ideal place to relax. The quality of mattress etc was very old and poor.

Breakfast n service below average

There was no room service for the two days we stayed. The only time the hotel contacted us was to inquire about when we were checking out. Even though we reached at 6pm the rooms were not ready and we were made to wait for an hour. Good location service was really bad all amenities available.

Hotel was very comfortable, guest friendly and beautiful. Easily accessible from payamballam beach, in the main city and with good romeo stay experience. 4. 5 out of 5 stars

Property location is good, 1. 5 km from station, rooms are good, breakfast spread is good, need improvement in service, in room dining was bad, taste needs improvement for the price they are charging.

Seems like a reasonably new property but a lot of their fittings appear dated. My water closet simply wouldn't flush properly and you do not need a vibrant imagination to realise the results. The ac in my room too had a mind if it's own, choosing to work and strike work randomly. The buffet breakfast is very pedestrian and the coffee is horrendous (i'm a coffee geek so i might have a bias here. I didn't try other meals as there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby. Most of the staff seem unmotivated and unhappy at their jobs. Beware that if you select the third floor like i did, good luck sleeping as the 4th floor has a party hall where something is always happening and there are always people 'singing' off key into the microphone. This place is rated as a 4 star hotel but i think even 3 stars would be stretching it. I selected it only because i needed to access some nearby areas during my trip.

The service was fantabulous The samtaffs were understanding you effortlessly. Quality and taste of the food is top 😋 notch comfy bed neat and clean room. Amenities were also good . The interior was fantastic.

Very very poor service. We are not satisfied with the staff. Not up to the mark of a 4 star hotel at all. Congested. The staff were arrogant

There were delays for various service requests raised. The toilet seat was broken but not repaired during the 2 n1d stay. Had to make multiple calls to room service and housekeeping for getting things done

Good location, time for some renovations and little more lights in the rooms. Our room which was on first floor has a very close and direct view of nearby house which was very uncomfortable. Overall good but can make better or best
