The stay was peaceful.. staff is courteous and hospitality is on a high level.. rooms are spacious with all facilities available. Food taste wise was good but cost wise on a high scale for no reason. Restaurant facility was fast and up to the mark. Overall enjoy the stay due to its serene location with greenery all around.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Gokulam Resorts and Spa! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The property is stunning — nestled in nature, it offers a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern luxury. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated for comfort. The spa treatments were excellent and professional. The food could have been little better. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend Gokulam to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Location is good. Food is decent. Pool is not temperature controlled..so can’t use them during cooler weather.

Felt led down, as far as the value for money is concerned. The resort is quite far away from Madikeri and Talakaveri etc.So we had to travel a lot .Also, not many activities are available in the resort. The sports activities are very outdated in condition.

It was a very budget friendly resort. Excellent food and staff service. Quite a lot of activities within the resort. There is further scope to have more activities for kids below 10 yrs.

The property is excellent if you are looking out for a laidback/relaxing getaway. The pools are well maintained. The food is great, especially for someone who likes Kerala cuisine. Excellent hospitality from the staff as well.

Our stay at gokulam grand resorts and spa coorg was pleasant. Got a warm welcome on arrival. The room was nice, though not very spacious. The swimming pool was quite large and kept very clean, we enjoyed it. We were very happy with the variety and taste of foods. The staff were very cooperative and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.

Premium honeycomb - about room - location of the property is good but not worth for the property which we paid. very old room and room amenities which they mentioned in list are not provided. door locking is not working properly. food - ala carte took very long time we waited nearly 1 hour to get the food. itseems the person who took order from us, he forgot. we remained him then he went to kitchen after 20 mins we got food, waited almost 1 hour. not worth of amount which we paid please improve the room safety, provide amenities which listed during booking , alocate nice rooms for the amount which we paid

The property is nice. However, there were a lot of power cut issues and there was no power backup. The food also didn’t have a lot of variety.

It was a below average experience right from the beginning including the basic welcome drink (which was bad, like real bad. The property does not match the standards of both price and the pictures. Most of the things are under construction and under trained staff. The spa is not well equipped and the masseuses don't know what they are doing. Overpriced for no reason. It was an extremely disappointing experience. There wasn't even a tissue box in the room. Wouldn't recommend this place. It was a waste of money.

Gokulam grand is a cool place for vacation. Very pleasant location and well maintained. The staff are friendly and nice.

Very clean and they maintain hygiene me and my husband enjoyed a lot it was very pleasure that we celebrate our anniversary in this resort. I requested them for some bed decoration but they decorated my room and that was very good.

The property was neat and clean. Rooms were clean but had a little bit of moisture smell in them. Housekeeping services are good. Amenities are good. Pool was clean (outdoor; not heated. Restaurant was decent but expensive. Buffet has good variety but taste could be improved a bit.
