Worst ever resort... kindly don't go with this resort...not even a proper maintenance...and basic facilities in room...no kettle no tv no heat water

staff is good but hotel need lots of maintenance. food quality is good. over all nice stay. we are satisfied.

The property is claimed as 3 star. Except garden and entrance area this doesn’t meet the standards. There are 1 types of rooms set of rooms in a building and Cottages. For the price we paid we got into dorm Kind of set up. Except room there are no facilities example tea coffee hot water etc. The service team takes a ton of time to respond to your request like basic water bottle. They don’t have intercom need to walk upto reception find a person to make request. There is no 24X7 kitchen. When we reached they told the buffet is over and need to go out for lunch ……

Good points- 1. Very good resort in its star category. Nice property. There are various types of cottages and studio apartments. Full greenery around the property with old trees. Various places to roam around and click photos. 👌🏡 2. Very spacious rooms in cottages. Either they will have very big room of hall size or they will have one room and a small dining room to sit, relax or have food. They have a couple of rooms in each category so two families can choose the same type and stay together next to each other. 👍 3. They have the provision of a small conference, TV projector, bonfire and a separate party place along with it.👍🏕️ 4. Beautiful trees, plants everywhere, there are places to click photos in day as well as at night as they have put good lighting around.👌🌳 5. They have few birds, in a well maintained cage of bigger size, it's really good to see them and spend some time with them 🦜🕊️🐦 6. They had few activities earlier it seems as there are few left over and in damage condition. If they maintain it well, then this itself can hype their property value. 7. The breakfast was good as compared to other meals check out the details below. Few points which require improvement: 1. Rooms were not ready when we got into the resort. I had to wait for a longer time. 2. There was confusion about the room types i booked, i had booked for a cottage but they said it is for a studio apartment. It's a mistake when they put advertisements and they have to clearly list it. Anyways they have allocated me a cottage for the first day but asked me to shift to the studio for the next day. So be careful while you select a room. 3. 20km away from Madikeri so you need to plan your places to visit properly. There are markets after few kms. So if you don't want to go outside then you need to rely on resort services only. 4. Food is pathetic, they really need to work on this. Whatever i ordered was so bad in taste and not even cooked properly. 5. Few lights were damaged in and around cottages and within cottages too. 6. The bathroom door was small in height, i hit my head twice. :-( 7. No early morning, bed tea provision. 8. Service was just ok, can be improved.

Room and wash room both smell, no amenities in the room or toilet, termites in cot, bed spreads and towels are torn and not usable, poor lighting in room, rude behaviour of GM. Checked out next day morning after suffering for 1 night though booked for 2 nights.

This resort will never book thai

While booking this we read 3 star somewhere and we paid 7. 5k per day. So obiously we thought it would be decent stay for family. When reached, we shattered as lodge staff did not even provided basis toiletries such as tooth paste. Swimming pool and all is hopeless. This is horrible and unsafe place for family. When we went to reception for complaining we found that the property manager was complete drunk and was misbehaving. They cut electricity in mid night with no backup.

Excellent customer service. Was scared when I went through the review provided by others about this place. But that was all false and we had the best place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to others who are visiting Coorg.

Comfortable stay. Rooms are good and the food is also good. Only the bathroom was not maintained properly. Service was excellent. Good indoor games facilities. Nice place to spend a few days with your family and children.

Good staff and management.

The hotel's condition and services did not meet its rating and value for money. Though the standard of room and room service was more or less okay, the food was pathetic. Overall the services were not commensurate to the money paid. I will surely not go there again.

Resort location was quite far (around 17kms) from Madikeri. Area is quite good for kids play and greenery . . Cleanliness of rooms must be improved. Lot of cockroaches found inside room and bathroom was not clean. Restaurant food is average. Pool is not well maintained. This resort is not suitable for family, only for bachelors.

I suggest please find some cheaper hotel because it is not value for money. Location is good but it is too far from Madikeri. Cooking is close by 9:30 pm that is not good for people who is live in mega city

Not at all a good option at Coorg; bed bugs - bathroom unclean, bed sheets are laden with stains; bugs all around the room; property is mismanaged; last resort to stay in Coorg if all bookings are over at the place
