[12/05, 3:47 pm] Neha: We stayed in the Superior cottage for 2 nights and it was neat , well designed room. Even after an extra bed there was enough space. A mini fridge would have been great since the weather was quite hot during the day. The bathroom was very neat and well maintained. The cottages are surrounded by lush greenery and there are pavered walkways around the cottages and to the restaurant. We had booked for breakfast and one meal as well. So during lunch we were given a fixed menu for the package and we could order from the list for every course. The food was delicious. The breakfast spread was good too with enough veg and non veg options along with cereals and juices. We loved their paneer tikka, soup, veg sizzler and chilli chicken [12/05, 3:50 pm] Neha: The pool is well maintained with ample towels and sun beds. It was a perfect activity for the hot afternoons. In the evenings we enjoyed the indoor games like pool, TT, chess, carrom, dart. The equipments are well maintained with no missing pieces. [12/05, 3:53 pm] Neha: Sunrise near the restaurant is a must see. The mist covered hills around are breathtaking. Special mention the staff, all the staffs are extremely polite and courteous and catering to the need. [12/05, 3:57 pm] Neha: Walking around the property was wonderful as we saw pineapples growing, figs, jackfruit, bananas, mangoes and many beautiful flowers. Play area could be improved. [12/05, 4:06 pm] Neha: - Lighting needs to be improved around the property, as walking back to the cottage at night or sitting out becomes difficult - we would definitely like to come back, but refrain from bringing elderly as walkways are steep mostly and made of paver stones

Pros: the property has a pool , a restaurant with a view , indoor games and spa, offer umbrellas during rain , food was good,had a bar ,room offer slippers for cold floor , fruits, tea, coffee, biscuits , take a right , down below from Raja seat Cons: too far (8kms) from city , after Club Mahindra , difficult to go back to main road,did not call for confirmation , did not have enough signboards for the way to property ,check in google for Galibeedu village gram panchayat office as a landmark, don’t plan for food outside as it’s too far from city , hence had to Order the food with room package, otherwise it would have been difficult for us

The property location is very good. Breakfast was excellent, though lunch was satisfactory. The swimming pool is well maintained, we didn't explored any other amenities there. The internal shuttle for senior citizens is a very good facility, I appreciate the management for the same. Due to weekend crowd, we were delayed in getting the rooms by an hour. I suggest the management to improve the room cleaning response time, as the initial impression matters the most.

pleasant stay - staff was cordial. and prompt in their responses. Breakfast was well curated and delicious. Restaurant can improve their menu for vegetarians as all the specials listed were non vegetarian items. also wifi in room was not setup, it was available in the reception. this is mentioned in the mmt listing but it's easy to miss this. the resort is well maintained.

Property s food- very good. Lots of variety. Very tasty. Location- it is very conveniently located, and lots of activities within the property itself - like badminton, table tennis, carrom, chess, billiards Cons- I wouldn’t advise this place for senior citizens - Bec of the steep slope between cottage n restaurant Good place for children

It was an awesome stay at the Heritage Resort Coorg. The food was delicious, service was excellent and cleanliness was well maintained. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

stay was extremely pleasant.location is great. we booked cliff view with bathtub and my kid enjoyed a lot.food was tasty but is bit overpriced is what I felt. overall an amazing experience as the property is very good .

Our Stay at Heritage Resort was pleasant, staff was cooperative, loved the location of the resort. Food was good but I feel they have limited options in the menu. Clean and Hygienic cottage was provided to us. I would definitely recommend this resort for family.
