What a great find! If you're looking for an escape from the daily grind, this is it. The room was really nice and being surrounded by nature was so refreshing. They have a pool, games, and activities, so you'll never be bored. P.S. Make sure you check out the spa!

This property is awesome in every aspect.Starting from complimentary drink,surroundings are so green n peaceful . Staff treated us so specially. The food is delicious and served in great style. Rooms are spacious and with such a great view outside that we stayed literally in Jungle with all comforts. The only thing that needs improvement is the last patch of road around 4 km from main road to entrance of property. property is good but people seems too fictitious with fake emotions, i found everyone is money minded . from reception till check out, very bad experience. check in time is 2pm and check out 10am, not sure if this is justified. no value for money. approach road is horrible.

Very Bad experience

After checking in at 3:29 PM, we proceeded to the restaurant for lunch. We requested main course items such as rice and roti for our daughter and ourselves. However, the service staff informed us that the kitchen was closed and only select items like pasta and pizza were available. While we understand operational constraints, it was disappointing that no effort was made to check with the kitchen or offer suitable alternatives. The lack of flexibility and willingness to accommodate our request left us with a less-than-satisfactory experience. Most of the time, the staff did not appear approachable or cheerful, which made it uncomfortable for us to interact with them

The property is huge. It is an apt place for any family who are interested in a staycation. However even after booking family suite bathrooms were tideous to say the least. Intercom services are very slow. Food was average . A la carte food section staff was very unattentive to say the least. The last stretch of the 2km road that leads to such a big property was the wrost.

Utility friendly. The resort location is nice and green. Also the facilities are all well maintained. Good facilities for complete family. Food was also good. nothing outstanding but nothing to complain about either. Very good variety. Largest issue is the service. We went with 3 little kids, and ordering milk took 1.5 hrs. Kids were all cranky. Ordering buggys for checkout took 40 mins. Table staff was also disinterested in the retaurant. It may be because their staff to guest ratio is low.
