Food quality was not upto the mark. Stay was not pleasant. Breakfast had limited items. Rooms are old and need maintainance

The property was nice, and the food was surprisingly tasty. However, the rooms allotted to us were quite far from the reception and dining area, which made it difficult for my parents to manage, especially since my mother is a senior citizen with breathing issues. I requested a room closer to the main area, but the staff didn’t offer any help or even consider the request. The view from the rooms was good, but overall accessibility was quite challenging for us. Everything else was fine.

they provide bad rooms for non club mahindra premium membership and they don't even care. The pic in MMT shown are for room which are given to club Mahindra premium membership only,

Pros: Location Cons: 1) Food quality, variety and the way it's served needs an improvement 2) Rooms are very old styled and need an overhaul, along with better training to the housekeeping staff for upkeep of the property

Not worth the price. The resort is very small compared to any other club mahindra resorts. They do not have basic medical kit which any resort claiming to be a property should have as these things are difficult to find in an emergency in hills. Also the hospitality in the resort was disappointing as compared to that in other resorts.

I check from mmt but room was not pic & room service low I planed from phone 4/5 days but one night stay enough

No thermostat, food was good, staff was good but the rooms were very cold. Wanted warmer rooms for a 5 star hotel

Room that we have booked was totally different to that allotted by club mahindra on enquiry they said room is not available that u have booked. Other room allotted was not up to expectation. as we were disappointed. We also raise query same day

Excellent place to be with a small child. They wholeheartedly supported our requests for milk and special food for our 2-year-old.

Overall a great experience for our recent stay. Highly courteous and helpful staff, great location, amazing rooms.

The rooms were ok, but the food was not good

It was a pleasant stay for us. It actually reminded us (me and my spouse) of our honeymoon. I would rate the ambience, the location, the food everything 10/10. Also to mention the staff was always there whenever we need something. All and all it was an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend my friends and family

The room was dirty and everything looked old and we soon found animal droppings in the ac unit. My partner has respiratory problems so we went downstairs and informed the front desk receptionist who called in a man. He did not introduce himself and asked us what the problem was so we told him about the animal droppings. He laughed in our faces so we showed him the pictures on our camera. He still laughed so we insisted he come up and see for himself. I asked him who he was and he said he was the owner. We were shocked by his lack of professionalism and bad attitude towards an important matter such as hygiene and safety. When he saw the droppings for himself he offered us a refund of only 50% of our trip but said that there were no other rooms available.

Property and rooms are very old. Rooms are in basement. Breakfast was horrible. Mattress was not good. Hot water issues. No lift. Lot of stairs to climb. Staff was courteous and helpful. Welcome drink was good. Garden is nice with a good view. Lot of activities both outdoor and indoor are available but all activities are paid. No complimentary activities at the resort. Not upto mark with standards of club mahindra and it’s other properties. Disappointed with overall experience. Can add local dishes to food menu. Food was not good. Location is good and easily reachable. Close to tourist places like mall road.

The title of my review is what i actually felt goes synonymous with my experience at this property. Property’s location is in the middle of some breathtaking views of hills and mountains. The property is designed with a lot of thought with regards to landscaping and in-house fun activity which not just caters to kids but grown ups as well. I must say that the staff is very very courteous they go extra mile to make you feel special. Safety and hygiene standards were good as expected during these unprecedented times of pandemic. The food quality was good as expected. Cheers.
