The hospitality is very bad and also room price is very high and worst maintenance also no proper parking for vechiles also sports room was very worst

No basic amnesties provided like tooth paste and tooth brush. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Bathrooms are not clean. Apparently they give only give good rooms to club Mahindra members and they will try to make us take membership with there poor unhygienic rooms for non members.

Overall good but the balcony was selected but not given as per the picture & bathroom smelled bad. Also the road to the facility was very bad.

Really it’s excellent the people, the climate and food everything is excellent. I never experience in other places.

The view from the room was good, however the road leading upto the property was in a very bad shape. Food was very good. Hospitality excellent. The food menu didnt have south indian dishes other than dosa, idli etc in breakfast only. Buffet was nice, lots of variety. The elevator had some issues, the door got stuck midway twice and everytime stopped with a loud thud. Food was very good. Hospitality excellent.

Old property not well maintained. Not worth enough as compared to cost. It's better to go for another one.

In summer, they need to provide air conditioning; the temperature is warm.

Property location is amazing . Food is pathetic. Amenities are ok. Services are bad , especially house keeping .

The room that was offered had a foul smell and they took almost 45 mins to change the room and then bathroom was stinking in the restaurant they didn't have any aerated drinks to offer - no pepsi, miranda or anything very casually they answered coz people don't ask for it so we don't keep it

I had booked a superior room, but got a studio room, hotel doesn't have a. C, no swimming pool. Breakfast & food is very good. I found property is average.

Excellent stay at club mahindra munnar including seamless and flexible check in, great meals for both dinner (paid) and breakfast (included) as well as excellent support for excursions. Beautiful location and great stay overall!

It was the best trip in india for me where the property was beautiful, comfortable with very diligent staff. Only hitch is that it’s about 20km away from the main munnar town and the 1 km road near the property is in bad shape. It should be fixed and maintained all times. But once you are inside, it’s sheer joy and pleasure all the way with beautiful view of the lake and tea plantations. Very comfortable booking through makemytrip.

They run the hotel with one cleaning staff. Around 120 room resort so obviously restaurant and receipt-ion far away from my room. So go by foot to full fill our needs is very difficult. They have vehicle service to pick and drop the guests in to the restaurant and the comic thing is that they run that service with only one vehicle. It will be a long story when i wrote all their compliants. In a simple sentence it is absolutely horrible stay. They destroyed my mind and tour.

One of the best property in munnar. Hospitality is excellent. Staff is gentle & polite. Food is costly. Take american plan for ur stay always. A la carte will be too costly

The road to the resort was in bad shape, the parking was too congested. The room was not up to the mark compared to the cost for the same charges. There was no drinking water in the room, i told the same to the person in reception. He made a call to housekeeping, in front of me only. But even after one hour i didn’t get it and i had to call housekeeping directly to get it. Food was average. And the waiters were ok. But replenishing food, soup bowls, juice glasses, etc, at the buffet counter was not done properly. Sometimes we had to wait a few minutes to get a soup bowl, glass, or food items. American express card was not accepted, and i don’t know if they manage foreigners without accepting amex. 10 am checkout is one condition which i haven’t seen anywhere so far. Mostly it is 12 pm. Also, they provided me with a room which has a view of the resort's parking area only.
