Munnar Summer Castle

The view from the balcony is excellent. The property is also located about 190km from munnar city which is also good. The services of the hotel staff is excellent. The hotel room is neat and clean.

No wifi network in room only 1 to 2 mb per seconds and very small lift which is very slow and often busy.

Nice stay for the family with a good breakfast. Restaurant is not available 24x7. If you want food during day time, you need to travel at least 2 km. Everything else is ok.

Room and hotel was very clean. Food options were limited. Staff was courteous. Just a basic good hotel for stay.

Near from taxi & auto stand at anachal square. All types of shops & market available. Very neatly maintained rooms, regular service and cleaning. Professional polite staff. Fantastic in house buffet reataurant. Superb taste & variety of food served. Nice view of hills from balcony. Iron & hot water kettle provided if needed. Very supportive staff. Worth every penny.

Noticed some ants and worms in my room

There was no tv connection. The room was not properly cleaned. We didn't get the mountain view room though they have mentioned mountain view room in makemytrip app. They were saying that the mountain view room is expensive than the one we booked through makemytrip.

The place is nice, be sure to book the rooms with the valley view. The view is just awesome and almost makes you forget the fact that the wifi in there is very weak. The place is super value for money compared to the competition and the rooms are good spacious and clean.

The property is good. But management performance is not good. As the rooms they gave are not the same we booked on our first day. And they gave the room we booked on next day only. The bathrooms was not clean and tv were not properly working. We even requested to clear everything more than 5 times. But proper action was not taken. Staffs were friendly. But even they are helpless at some point

Stay was wonderful. Staff were friendly, cooperative, they arranged transport facility for me and my friend. Food is expensive. We got a beautiful mountain view room. Variety in the food was good, but it was bit expensive.

It was 3 days stay, view was good but the hotel was too far from city, parking space was really less, so had difficult parking. Room was good stay and staff were also good. Food taste was good but they have only good south Indian food, variety was less.

Overall stay was good. They denied match stick.

This hotel is located at the end of an extremely rough stretch of Road. For the price point, the hotel rooms are decent. Room service is not very prompt but very helpful. Waiters are nice. Breakfast is not upto the mark. Options are less with very few live options.

It was really good and awesome experience.
