Foremost we are coming to those places for relaxation. but it's just ruined our vacation. in the MMT rules it mentioned as our side foods not allowed. we are fine with it, but they didn't serves their restaurant foods to the rooms too. they said we have to eat in their restaurant only. so, you have to drink a beer in a room and having side dish in their restaurant only. and not allowed to have beer outside the room. when we came for having dinner obviously it will be issue for us right? but that guy, Russell created a big scene and fought with us. we are the only customer in that resort in that time. There are no other guests. We don't know whether we are the customer or if he is. we asked for the simple things, if you are not willing to provide, you are not fit for the customer services. he just created big scenes and ruined my friend's birthday. in MMT they have mentioned something as the resort rules but they have different ones. finally, the resort is not fit for boys, girls, men and even women. it's a kind of old age people home.

The stay is good. The roads to reach there are steep. There wont be any shops/restaurants nearby. The food available in the hotel is average.

Nice place to visit ( dont expect food and location is so far from center of munnar) kindly dont book this resort.

Hospitality and rooms are too good, but it's far away from the town . Otherwise everything is fine .

Actually i booked for two days but after one night i checked out. Because of room is not good, food is testless. Service is very poor.

It was such a beautiful view from the room.Just loved it. Food was yummy.Service was good.Every part of hotel is beautiful.

The stay was good but since we went during the summer season it was that pleasant in terms of climate. It is good to visit during the rainy season, they have a very good waterfalls going through the middle of the resort. There isn’t any place to go for trekking other than the nearby tea estates and the cardamom plantation which you can view.

I stayed here for 3 days and it was what i wanted. Been here last year august and this place is as magical as it was earlier. To top it up, the staff members are all so good and courteous. Food items for breakfast can be improved a bit but it was good overall.

Its too far from munnar. Resort is ok but food rate is very high. Bathroom cleaning average.

The property was amidst the forest, around greenery. loved the place, food was great, it was safe and peaceful. just that the road towards the property is quiet narrow and definitely someone who knows driving well can travel. Apart from that, amazing experience. Property was tidy too.💯

The room was good. Spacious, big bed, more charging socket, well ventilated, more windows, spacious wardrobe, table & chair was there, spacious balcony with teapoy & bamboo chairs. And the location is good, but there won't be any local transport or any shops nearby. Calm & peaceful. But not recommended for the travellers who are reliable on the local transport. Coming to the service, the staff was so cooperative & friendly. Food is good, we had our dinner & lunch from there. There is no other option, otherwise we have to travel 6-7 km from there. The bed sheet was not that clean & there were stains. And the location was wrong,

The resort is situated at a really scenic location but the management is failing to capitalize on it. There is no one present at the reception at most times, the wifi doesn't work in the rooms and since mobile network also isn't there so you can't do anything related to internet. The rooms are average at best.

Road is very steepy. No proper sign board. Very far from moonar. No proper and prompt service. No worth for rs. 3000-

Rooms are pretty good. Food is over priced since the location is bit far from the city. I had issue with windows not closing when i complained no body came for repairing.

This resort is located on the slope of a mountain... literally. The view is excellent. One would be staying in between a forest and on the slopes of a mountain. Full marks for the exterior views and beautiful resort. The staff members (all of them 😊) are courteous and helpful in every way. Couldn't ask more from them. If there's anything which can be worked upon is the interiors of the room of property. Very basic for a room charging upwards of 4k per night also the WiFi coverage is bad (mobile network was weak, couldn't depend on either of them). They need to install a good router or multiple routers to have coverage.

It's a good property that located away from town. We really enjoyed our weekend there. Property have a good view and the staff are really friendly. Recommended this property for the people looking for a place that far away from town. Don't follow google map route, its better to call the resort to know the route.

The stay was located on top of a hill surrounding thick woods. The staff were very much pleasing and the manager mr. Arun was so nice. Food was very cool. The only thing i should stay. You must carry winter clothes else you will freeze like anything.
