Please stay. Rooms are neat and clean. View is good from the room. They have Indoor games, outdoor games, Gym, Campfire facilities.

We had a pleasant stay at Pleasant Hill Resort, Munnar. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing and the rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, one of the room’s bathrooms had a foul smell and the food could be improved. Overall, a good experience worth 4/5.

Booked Pleasant Hill Resort on our Kerala Trip with Makemytrip after going with reviews. The property is very beautiful, it has a pool, a garden, play area for Kids and driver restroom facilities as well which is a necessity in Kerala if you are travelling with a local driver as per their association. Booked the Hill View Room which was for 2900/- per night in June with MMT. The rooms are beautiful, neat and clean, the staff was very prompt with their service or any other special requirements. Hot water was also available 24 hours. Although property is outside of Munnar Central area with about 30 kms but that gives this property it's charm and quietness whcih is not available around the central area. Will definitely recommend if visiting Munnar.

Good resort to stay at. Had a comfortable stay with family for three nights. The swimming pool is good. The area with music and barbeque section is also nice. This would be good for groups. They have a small play area for kids as well. The service was good.

The room was clean, neat and comfortable. Food spread for breakfast was good . Campfire and Speaker was present in the property in the evening . We had a room with balcony view. The view from the room overlooking the mountains was simply fantastic. Childrens very much enjoyed the Swimming pool.

Food is not worth(it is costly but not tasty at all). Room service is very worst. Biased between guests. Property is not a tourist friendly rather it is a personal property since the owner stays there. Will not feel comfortable when the owner is watching/monitoring during the breakfast etc.

View is good. Ambience is good. Friendly staff. Food is above average but not great. Connectivity is an issue at times.

It's a beautiful resort with excellent rooms, clean washroom, good pool and very good restaurant. The view from the balcony is amazing. Well maintained lawns. It's worth the price. And pet friendly too. My doggo enjoyed a lot running around in the lawns. Would definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at the Pleasant Hill Resort in Munnar with my family for 2 nights. While the resort is described as a 4-star hotel, our experience was somewhat mixed. The room itself was comfortable, but we were surprised to find that it didn't have air conditioning. Although Munnar's climate is generally cool, the lack of AC made the room feel stuffy at night. On the positive side, the resort's location is scenic and the staff were friendly. However, there were some issues with the parking area, which was located separately from the hotel. The parking area was poorly lit and looked more like a construction site than a hotel facility. Overall, our stay was just okay. While the resort has some potential, it falls short of the 4-star experience promised. With some improvements to the rooms and parking area, Pleasant Hill Resort could live up to its full potential.

This good resort for family. They have swimming pool, play area for kids, restaurant, garden, etc. The location is far from Munnar town, so the main attractions are away. Overall experience was good. Breakfast can be better.

Location, property ambience and dealing all are fully satisfied. . But, unfortunately ma wife and son facing food poison now. So i suggest, don't choose sea food from here. Service all are great. Thank you.

The property was excellent and the check in was quick even when we reached late night, the front office executive was so helpful and followed up for dinner arrangements as we were reaching late night. The property has an amazing view and the location is very quiet and pleasant like the resort name. Overall we had an amazing stay at pleasant hill resort.

The best place to stay if scenery is a priority. The staff were extra kind and took initiative to provide us everything we required. Breakfast and evening snacks were amazing and top notch. We. Really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Cheers again to the amazing staff at the resort.
