the stay was good, Balcony view is amazing... staffs are well behaved. definitely recommend . breakfast was also good

Stayed one night and very satisfied with the location, view and clean rooms. Had 2 rooms and was very spacious. Master bedroom had a sit out balcony with a very good view of the valley.

Stay was fantastic, their hospitality, food, service, view from stay every thing deserves 5 star, Especially price it's worth every penny.

Firstly there was no proper welcome from the resort. Cause of checking in late they allotted us different room. Except for the valley view from the balcony, everything thing inside the room was old and not so clean. Worst of all is the management behaviour which was so rude. Can find other better resorts for the same price.

Rooms ok, but we haven’t got balcony rooms, toilet seat was dirty and old one if they need to replace it, it’s in the main road only you will find easy.

Didnt like the stay, old building not cooperative staffs room not clean bad smells not cooperative staffs no proper parking place no ambience

Restaurant was good. Complementary breakfast also good. Beef was not available. Rooms are neat and clean. Sometimes water was mixed with sand. For extra bed they asking 750 rupees for night. They have up i payments. But they compel to pay in cash

The location of the property was good. But the property is not maintained. Bedsheets and mattress were torn. Most lights were not working. Food options in the restaurant were limited. The service overall was good.

Location is okay, the view from the rooms is nice. It is little far from main munnar. Food and breakfast is very average.

The beds are good here, the bathroom is clean and food was also good we had dinner and breakfast. It is near by kalariksheyra, chocolate factory and hot air balloon. It has pleasant surroundings for a morning walk with a moderate weather. Staff also very friendly. Overall i will give 4 star out of 5.

Only plus is it’s location of valley view. All other points are negative. No good food. Smelly and dirty bed covers. No service. Make sure to keep the balcony doors closed otherwise monkeys will enter your room and take away your valuables. What more is that the hotel staff will not inform you about monkey encroachment. Look for another hotel.

Room service was not good. Buckets, toilets and bed sheet were too old to use. Receptionist was too slow in response.

The 1 day (night )stay was o key at this hotel. But maintains of the hotel is not proper. Painting & other renewal work was under progress. But the 2 day there was no proper water supply at the rooms & the reception person was not bothered at all. After 10 times of reminder also he rude with us trying to escape from the situation and never a guest friendly. If no water supply at hotel how can guests survive there?

Had a good experience at indrizzo, the view was amazing and the food was good, friendly staff also.

Valley view is very good from the rooms. Amenities and services are on mark. Stuff behaviour is very nice and guest friendly.
