beautiful view from 3rd floor room, Chef Pradeep and Front desk exec Karthik were extremely helpful with our requests given we had food related requests for our toddler child, they also accommodated early breakfast requests Recommended

Property's facility is very poor, after many times asking for something also, they are not attending and Executive lady Ms Florine Geraldine is introducing herself as a relationship manager and was asking amount for help,no professionalism

The property was good. Rooms were clean no issues. Staff was really helpful. Food was really good and prices were pretty reasonable. In that we got one day buffet that was arranged by the hotel at a very minimal price

Location was soo good also the ambience was too good , All food were yummy and the services was top notch

Location and view was really good. Clean and new rooms. But lack of good service. Staff not responding on time. Hot water was not available during 2 days stay but staff was continuously saying that they will resolve issue in next 5 min. Had to take bath with cold water at 16 degree temperature.

Steep access, late check-in, poor service & hygiene; only good is room size & hilltop view. There are multiple flaws in this property: 1. Reaching the hotel is very difficult as the road is extremely steep. For a non-experienced driver, it’s hard to take the car near the hotel. 2. Very late check-in – We waited almost 3 hours to get our rooms, and even guests with infants had to wait for a long time. The check-in time was 2 PM, but we got our rooms only by 4:30 PM. 3. Zero service – If you order water bottles, you will receive them after 1–2 hours, and sometimes you may not get them at all. For example, when we called and asked at night, no one responded. 4. Horrible food hygiene – I literally saw cockroaches roaming around the buffet during the morning breakfast. 5. Rooms are not hygienic, even though they are big in size. Bathroom fittings are not working properly. 6. Poorly maintained swimming pool – It is very small and looks more like a kids’ pool. I request MMT to validate the hotel listing and update the ratings accordingly. I feel fooled by booking the room after seeing the high rating. One good thing about the property is that it offers a nice view from the balcony, as it is located on a hilltop. Considering the budget, the room size and view are good, but I am someone who expects at least the basic services if we are paying for it.

Not good compared to good hotels of Munnar, if u looking for just a place to stay go for it. Don’t expect anything else, not a good view, not good foods nothing

Hotel room is good but food is average but it's too costly. we are expecting to reduce the food cost with good quality. Also water heater is not working sometimes....Please correct these issues.

Hotel and rooms were good and spacious but the service is not upto mark and we have to ask for everything including towels, shampoo. Food is not at all good. Approach road was also not great.

The hotel service was excellent, and the reception staff along with the assistant manager were very kind, helpful, and cooperative. They provided us with outstanding service, and we are extremely satisfied

The staff were friendly and attentive The food price is a little bit high . Overall we were impressed with quality of service and it's better if the poolside keep neatly

Peters Mount was a good hotel with good view and courteous staff. 12 kms from centre, so a little further from points to visit, but I stayed at the hotel on second day after visiting all points so was good to exit from there. Food was good. Hot water was a concern in cold weather
