it's very bad rooms were not Clean bathroom also not Clean it's very difficulty to stay there

The room was neat and clean with spacious bedroom and washroom. Super location with wonderful window view of forests. Peaceful place. There are 3-4 nearby foodplaces which are good for all budgets.

properties very good Neet and clean till long time I am staying in this property but this time I got very bad experience because of reception staffs they are very arrogant few months ago one lady's office working on this reception she is very good behaviour. new stuff ask me extra 1000 then I ask why you are asking thousand rupees we are argue few minutes then I paid 500 rupees but they didn't give any bill now also I am telling properties very good property property owner please take necessary action on them

I feel very comfortable and safe at the stay and only thing i feel water heater gaves mild heat. If it gaves a good heat i can rate 5.

My experience and stay at Dream castle was pleasant.I would like to prefer it to my circle whenever they visit munnar.

The location is okay, it was quick to get there. The staff were all well behaved, no problem.The room was very clean and well-arranged.

The place is the center of Anachal, so every facility is available nearby. And, despite the storm and bad when we visited, there was proper power supply throughout. We recently stayed at Hotel Munnar Dream Castle, and it was a lovely experience! The location is peaceful and offers beautiful views of Munnar’s natural scenery. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we appreciated the cozy ambiance after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The service was prompt and professional.

Comfortable stay with very polite & helpful staff. The location is good with market & eateries close by. They do not have a kitchen so one needs to eat outside. They should provide tea bags etc with the kettle that they provide

Its nice stay but not 3 star as they mention . Its located near to main road.lot of noise is there .provided a room with cleaniness having tv but not working, for ac need to pay extra 800 .main problem is parking cant park more than 4 vehicle need to park on road side

Room was given in second floor with no lift available ,happened to use staircase to reach our room.hygeine and maintenance was not upto the mark.Looking for improved service .even the receiver was not working yo contact the reception.

It was so good in Staying at Dream castle hotel at Anachal very closer to Munnar town. Hotel rooms are very clean, service is good, location is in an urban area.. Restaurants are available very nearer to the hotel. our family members liked this hotel very much.

last minute cancellations from the hotel so many losses happened because make my trip hotel booking

The bathroom didn’t had hand wash in the bathroom.

The stay doesnt have balcony In the site it is shown prvt balcony and it has an public one No soaps or any other extra things Rooms size was too small Water is served in a bottle And not in a packaged drinking water But the staffs were friendly It was clean

I have stay in your hotel with family, experience ok evening time on third floor feeling smell from window and called for manager freshener, intercom not working saying it will repair soon. but service was good staff cooperative.
