It’s very inside from munnar town , the road to it has no street lights, so the resort is not remote.

Honest Review – Not Worth the Hype I booked this hotel after seeing all the positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. 1. Not a 4-Star Hotel – The hygiene, facilities, and hospitality do not meet the standard. All photos took 6 years before its OLD hotel. 2. Difficult to Reach – The location is remote. Roads are poorly maintained, steep narrow, big potholes, mud road and after 6 pm, it feels unsafe due to no streetlights. If your car breaks down, it can be a serious issue. 3. Focus on Money, Not Service – MD makes commitments initially but does not follow through. The intention seems more about making money than providing good service. 4. Safety Concerns – Definitely not suitable for families or couples who value safety. 5. Cleanliness Issues – We even found a big spider in the restroom, which my kids noticed just in time. This shows poor maintenance. 6. No Comfort – No air-conditioning, and the rooms don’t even have proper ventilation. Overall: I do not recommend this hotel. For peace of mind, hygiene, and safety, please look for better options nearby.

Excellent staff and location. Pool is very small and the glass bridge is very good attraction. Food is average. Rooms are very good and tidy. Approch is good drive.

Recently visited and two days stay with family. Resort atmosphere and staff attitude is excellent. But property maintenence and cleanness need to be improved. Smell in toilet even bed room. Fan vibrating and beating sound from ceiling disturb the sleep. Breakfast is average. Need variety in breakfast. Location views are best.

The stay at Eucalyptus resort was very comfortable and gave a very homely feeling. We were a group of 6 people and had elderlys in our group. We stayed for 2 nights on 19th and 20th Feb 2025. The property owners made sure that we had no complaints and attended us very well. They are very humble and make sure that guests are taken care of well. The best part was how they took care of my sister who fell ill and stayed back at the hotel. They provided her her with care, medicines and specially cooked food and kept checking her every now and then, and also ready to take her to doc. Also, the location is at a peaceful place with calm sorroundings. Highly recommended.

The hotel is surrounded by lots of eucalyptus trees and away from the road in quiet surroundings, the location is amazing, owner is very helpful, people are very good and last but not the least it's a very safe place, u feel good, safe, food is very good.

Nice unsophisticated stay. Basic facilities like swimming pool, and a small park with glass bridge and ropewalk are available. The location is what I liked the most, it is very calm, quiet and far away from the noise and chaos of the munnar town. The road to the facility is narrow.

We have a beautiful experience at Eucalyptus Resort. Every single member of the entire team, including owner, are very cordial and approachable. Room, swimming pool, and the entire premise is very neat and clean. However, if you face any challenge, they are just a call away. The best away from Eucalyptus for us is the fact that the Baby Ittan Ji himself sat with us for 1 hour and guided us on our entire plan for Munnar. Double Thumbs Up!!

So good experience with family. Good ambiance. Very neat and clean the location and place is beautiful. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Food was really good. Staffs service and behaviour was exceptional. Everything else was good. Also love the nature vibes here if you you want best view with all amenities come here.

Room was in bad condition. Restaurent facility also not good. And at last hot water also not available for bath it's so bad experience for us in munnar
