we paid a hefty price , and you people even given a award for them , great ! such a horrible place , horrible break break fast , horrible rooms and shameless staff who only keep teaching you rules except one or two persons , ha ha free snacks at tea shop is dog food , biscuits kept in room are worse than our road side biscuits so horrible room freshners and bad smells around !

place was beautiful .well kept and clean but food was not that great . Breakfast spread was good but main course was not up to the mark

Away from Munnar Centre. Not matching the image of the hotel given in the site . Very small hotel. Worth only. Terrible If you get rooms in the bottom floors.

The amenities were top-notch, including a rainfall showerhead and a minibar stocked with my favorite snacks. 🍿🍫 *The Service:* The hotel staff were attentive and responsive to my every need. From room service to concierge, everyone was friendly and efficient. They even surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room, which was a lovely toalso loved the complimentary breakfast buffet, which offered a wide range of delicious options. 🥐🥞 *Overall:* My stay at [Hotel Name] was truly unforgettable. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious getaway. 🏨💫

The property offers a serene ambience. Inhouse trekking was a mesmerising experience. A highly recommended place for a staycation at Munnar. The staff at the restaurant were exceptional. They served the food with love.

Staff was very friendly and beautiful stay. Breakfast is good. Dinner was ok ok. There are lot of amenities and the view from the balcony is awesome

We were here for a day stay. The treatment is fantastic, you can stay here whole day and enjoy the in-house amenities, not even going out, still you don’t feel bored they have so much for you. Food was excellent, we are pure vegetarians , we tasted almost everything in dinner and breakfast buffets, we loved all. To summarise, it’s must experience one. People here are so humble and helpful. Rajeshwari, Vishal are few of them who were at our service. Thanks to them.

the food was too good and there was live music during dinner. The over all ambience and the stay was perfect. thanks team! thanks to rajeshwari at the reception. she said I hav a good voice and i shud try a song during the live music. after years I sang for an audience. over all it is a memorable vacation.

We stayed in Chandy's Windy Woods for three nights with family which included two senior citizens. Rooms : Both the rooms were spacious and clean. Tea garden view was there from window and balcony . The morning view, with birds chirping and a gentle breeze, was truly heavenly. Quality of materials used in the room and in bathroom was top notch Staff cleaned the room properly every day. Food: A good collection of menu but the best part was customization that they did on our request.Some of the starters and mutton preparations were outstanding. Breakfast menu was also good . They had a live counter also. Staff : This was best part about Chandy's Wendy Woods. They always greeted with smile and 'namaskar'. They are always looking to help you. We booked the cab from hotel itself for Munnar trip and they were very supportive in guiding us considering we had two senior citizen with us. Starting from receptioninst , person taking order for dinner or ther person managing the breakfast , everyone was looking to give us a best possible experince during our stay in this resort. Resort : Resort itself was desinged very differently with seperate theme from three floors. There was a in-house treaking facility which is pretty unique . Also there was a gaming room with options of TT , pool etc. Having stayed in many places both in India and internationally , I can confidently say Chandy's Windy Woods provided one of the best experinces ever .

The stay was good with all good and modern amenities with water fall, pool etc. Location is beautiful with serene beauty. Services are excellent. Food was good, but i think need to include some more dishes in buffet

Great food and stay

The hotel is special they have worked so hard on its presentation. It's on the side of a hill so expect steps and slopes.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel after reviewing almost all places. Food was excellent. The staff was very polite and courteous. We spent 3 nights and 4 days there. A very tasty breakfast with a lot of varieties for vegetarians. They put an extra bed with a cot for my kid even though the king size accommodates 3 of us. Fantabulous view of clouds and mountains from the balcony. The only thing is that food is very expensive. I loved their filter coffee. They even celebrated my kid's birthday with a cake which was free of cost. Lovely experience. Don't forget to keep your driver with you for your entire stay. Otherwise you will be facing challenges but not sure about their cab arrangements as i didn't use them. Thanks for reading my review

A nice hotel with excellent views. The food and service is excellent. I stayed here for three nights with friends and family. The overall experience is amazing

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.Additionally their paid buffet in lunch and dinner was various dishes with live counters.we were really enjoyed.
