Tea Castle

For the second time I am choosing the tea castle. Easy to access location. Nice stay, clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Highly recommend hotel. As there were rooms vacant I got a free upgrade as well :-)

As while doing booking it shown room size of 1300 and 2300 sq feet room size but when went to property there was not a single this sizes room available. When making complaint to hotel about it the said it’s not our fault we have correct dimensions but they have wrongly updated to customers. When I called for this once my phn was disconnected by its staff and in second call they said some official would call me in 48 hrs but they are not giving me any response. I would really suggest to all customers that kindly book at your own risk as there is no mechanism available

very shoddy hotel. run down. no AC. food service very slow. not enough lights in room. washroom old.

If someone is cancel-ling the trip due to natural calamities the refund should be provided. Make my trip need to process the refund

Location wise it's on the main munnar bypass road, neat and clean hotel rooms, ample parking space, well behaved staff, i took deluxe room with balcony and the view from balcony was very good, the balcony size was narrow though, they have a restaurant on the top floor which is good but don't try chilli chicken there i don't like the taste, other foods were of good taste, and every room has queen size bed which becomes little tight with a kid, otherwise good pleasant experience.

Beautiful location and view is also good from the room we stayed. We stayed in a deluxe room with a small balcony at both the sides of the room. Views are beautiful. Club room will be the premium room here. The food is also tasty here. Chef is also a nice person, very polite and soft speaking staff, services are also good. Room service is also prompt. If anyone miss this property, you may book munnar plalace or gokulam park. These tree are in a parallel hotels at chitirapuram. Compared to the other two, tea castle is a little competitive in budget. Overall, stay was awesome. Our children enjoyed a lot in munnar site visit.

Best hotel in terms of stay, food, connectivity to tourist spots, hygiene and parking. Happy to stay and would like to stay there when visit again to munnar

Tea castle is very well maintained with all amenities fine such as hot water, showers, tv, wifi. Etc. We just had 1 night stay due to lack of time but wished had more in munnar here. The staff and host at reception r so humble and services too good. Even the restaurant inside is gd. Breakfast with gd variety. Although felt if had coconut chutney instead of tomato chutney in bf. Welcome drink osm. Definitely a place to stay here.

Located amid-st the tea plantations. We enjoyed our stay in teas castle for 3 days. Best part is that you can book jeeps for day ride from hotel or you can take a walk in any direction you will find plenty of jeeps available for booking. Staff was very cordial and good was nice. There ar many places close by to explore.

Food was not good & bathroom was not clean. Staff are not very cooperative. We expected much better experience compare to its cost.

I got the room for around 2000rs. Front desk people are nice and warm welcoming the guests. Priya darshath who is intercated with me is very helpful and trying to provide all the details to the guest. I am happy that they have upgraded my room for free. Food is good, staff is also good. Amenities are good. Overall the hotel and stay is comfortable and budget friendly.

Staff was polite and good, food was great, food prices are overly priced, location was great, amenities were none of use, connectivity was good, dinner timing is very low only 9. 30 rest of all great experience

Food is not so tasty and price is very high and also hotel is far away from town. Otherwise room is good.

Our normal booking were upgraded to deluxe rooms for free. Food at their restaurant were good. View from the balcony of the were mind very good.
