Food was good but they can include other menu on payable basis. Nice staff, location was clean and hygiene. Value for money location

We didn't like the stay in resort because of the following reasons...we were served the same food items for both days namely chicken curry, dal, jeera rice and chapati. Food was absolutely below average in taste. The restaurant floor was very slippery.delayed room service and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Location was on top of mountain and the view are ok. To get there is the difficult task of going in an off road jeep for 20 minutes . You cannot buy anything near by. For that u need to travel back in off road and get ur car and go to 9km...ee do not wish to choose this resort again.

Property and its ambience was really good. Only thing i would like to comment is that, the coffee jugs used to serve coffee is not clean.

All was good and nice, a good atmosphere for couples especially for honeymoon, pls add tv facility in rooms

Yeah. Forest county resort is awesome. And the climate. And the team, food. Everything os nice. I just love it. But one thing, in our heritage room is. Some dusty. And the pillow covers. Are dirty and tear. Othervise i loved the stay

Property is amazing. Amazing view basically stay in clouds, hygine, calmness of the property. The polite and helpful staff is the cherry on the cake. These points which made our stay worth. Reaching hotel is itself an adventure. More food options can be added.

The property is located at a very good location. View is awesome. Rooms were clean, maintained. Staffs were polite and courteous. We have to reach the location in a off road for about 20 min which itself will be a different experience. Overall a very good stay.

They charged us around 1500rs extra while checking out. And we had to hike 100 mtrs to reach the property

Climate and location is fabulous. Food is ok. Amenities are disaster. Facilities inside room is similar like janaki vilasam lodge.

The place is on the peak of a mountain with a cool balcony. Staffs were very friendly and had good customer service skills. The activities provided like a morning trek and skywalk was very interesting. Last but not the least, the food provided was the best, it wasn't just for the taste but for the varieties provided also. Highly recommended.
