I would recommend this place if you want peace and a great location with mountain surrounding the property , this is the best place. The staffs are very courteous and helpful.

The stay, food and the location was amazing. Mr. Matthews and Mr Sabu took excellent care during the entire stay. Will recommend this to anyone who is seeking disconnect from the daily hustle bustle. Wifi network is good. Got disconnected only a couple of times for few minutes. Mobile network(Vi) is also good. Nearest town is Suriyanelli (approx. 3kms) where one can find all the essentials as well as medical stores. Sunrise and sunset are not to be missed.

Worst experience i ever had. No person were available at the property for 2 hrs for check in. I already informed about the check in time before booking the room but no one is available at the property to check in. Security person not available on night time. Complimentary breakfast s worst, they gave whatever they wish. We were waiting at the road for 2 hours no one s picking the phone. Reception locked and the number displayed in reception s switched off. One number given in booking confirmation they are not picking the phone.

Property is away from city so book room with food option. Food is good. Only jio mobile network works. Hotel does provide wifi.

The building requires renovation. The bathroom appears very outdated. Dinner was overpriced for the limited menu and not worth it. There was no electricity from midnight onwards. They provided only 2 hours of power using a generator. There was no swimming pool or kids' activities available. Overall, i was unhappy with the stay, especially considering the high price of rs 7200 per night.

Costlier for the given amenities. Property location is good, room set up is good and spacious, food taste is good. Parking on top of the property is unique and provides awesome view. Pool is missing, tv not working and limited food options. 30% costlier for the set up and amenities.

Pros- location close to the jeep safari entry, good views, good food, service great, rooms are spacious cons- rooms could have been more clean especially bathroom, no lift service so it'll be difficult for elder people to climb those stairs

They didn't get the booking via make-my trip, it was very horrible booking through make my trip and i am not going to use this app anymore

The architecture of the hotel is quite impressive, the layout of rooms, the amenities all commendable. Location very calm and beautiful

Our trip was at peak season and we decided to stay away from crowded places and to enjoy calm atmosphere. Purpose was fulfilled. This property is in a silent locality and excellent. Nice food and they taken care of us, very well. Kullumalai jeep safari was our plan and they arranged for pick up and drop to the resort.

View from property is amazing but property not well maintained and not professional service, we have spent 12000 rs for a night for two rooms but they didn't u range any entertainments activity at night
