Elixir Woods Resort and Spa

Rooms : It was a spacious room with living space and bedroom. We had a Pleasant stay with our doggie. There was a spacious balcony we could spend time in. Our shih tzu had so much space to run around!! Premises : There were lot of places to walk around and see. Went in monsoon so the climate was heavily windy. The private waterfall was dangerous due to monsoon but otherwise it is good for bathing. All areas are pet friendly so we could walk around freely. BREAKFAST : very yummy and various options. POOL : couldn't enter due to monsoon rains but it had a nice view. Staff : Very warm and friendly . Only issue we faced is there was no hair dryer and we requested three times and no one brought it. Room service except this was good

worst experience... worst staff.... worst experience... entire hotel only 2 staff.. no responds while calling... we called them from checkin time to 8pm evening for getting toiletries items but they given as after 8:30 and that also we just went to reception for taking all this.. room not clean not neat... will not stay both in exliure woods and elixir hills.. both are pieces of shit

Very poorly manager property .housekeeping and other services poor.bed sheet not clean .staff is not trained .

the property is full of rats. i woke up due to constant food wrapper noises in the middle of the night, noticed a rat eating the milk powder sachets. got shocked and called the receptionist. we couldn't find the rat. seems like the rat issue is common across all the rooms but still they haven't taken any measures to curb them. there are entry points for animals from the balcony to the bath tub areas as the walls are not built until the ceiling. bathroom doors do not close properly, have to be kept open. bottom of the doors have entry points for creepers. This property lacks basic safety standards and the management says they can't do anything about it. Zero care about customer service.

staff was excellent but property was not price worth....for each and every activity you need to travel from one place to another....infact it's other property exilir hills is much better....

Nice stay in forest ambience. They have good in house restaurants. Please try to take buffett for dinner if you are a foodie. private water fall and nature walk through the property is also good. linen,pool and over all cleanliness is average and not up to the price. if you are a nature enthusiastic and want to feel the nature it will be a great option

The property had all amenities however it was not working properly, like hotwater was bot available in woods resort, the tv was not recharged, the support team was courteous but took ages to respond back and fix the problem.

Very good place, wonderful view, great staff. Definitely give it a try. Situated very close to letchmi tea estate.

One of the worst property and the management is very poor and they are manipulating the words after taking the bookings. This property is literally located on the hill in a dense forest and the staff didnt inform about this when we said that we will reach the hotel by 7pm. While going to this hotel by 6.30pm in the evening our car was charged by elephant and there was no network to call anyone to ask help. I would definitely not to prefer this stay ,they will not disclose these things to you and they dont refund the money too.

Rooms were great and staff provided excellent service, very friendly and helpful. Food was great and had good variety. The scenery was beautiful and the nearby waterfall is a spot one shouldn't miss out on !

Really good stay and service. The food is amazing and so are the people. This stay here was to celebrate my husband's first birthday together and it truly was wonderful.

It was an excellent stay. The location is remote and secluded and peaceful away from the bustling town. Their hospitality was above and beyond a great stay indeed

Nice stay. The rooms are big and nice and the views are amazing ❤️❤️ the staff is also really nice.. Anju and Ganesh and Gobi were really nice to us..

Even though it was an unplanned trip, it really helped to unwind. Its nice weekend spot we can literally enjoy the music of forest.

Excellent location and great food. Very cordial staff. Only issue was there was frequent power and water failure especially on day of checkout
