the property is decent and the rooms are very well maintained with utmost clean. the restaurant is average and needs to be improved

Location of the hotel is not recommended. Feels secluded but if you are happy staying outskirts, hotel is good

hi, This property is good for family kids. The location is great. The staff are very courteous and were very understanding in guest requirement. My suggestion is they can add few more item Alacarte menu like Dosa Idly appam white rice rasam especially. Snacks vada baji cookies bakery stuff to be included.

Stay nd food was very good.. Only thing that I'm not happy with is dat they did not mention proper cost in make my trip nd didn't help with dat

I had a wonderful stay at Fort Munnar Resort. The location is serene and scenic, making it ideal for a peaceful retreat. The food was delicious and offered a good variety, and the amenities were well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. The service was excellent – the staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The only downside I felt was that the food menu was a bit on the expensive side. However, the quality and taste did make up for it to a great extent. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Munnar.

I stayed at Fort Munnar for 2 days and had a pleasant experience, the location of the hotel is very nice providing you with a breathtaking view of the valley, rooms were big in size and properly maintained and clean, the staff was very professional and welcoming and supportive towards their guests, the hotel has all the facilities dinning, bonfire, outside garden and seating area, car parking facility, gym, disco etc. overall it was an amazing experience I would definitely like to visit fort munnar again in future.

I stayed in this property with family for 2 days from 6th jean to 8th jean and overall stay arrangements, food, housekeeping just excellent. People here quite good to serve.

Property was maintained well. Rooms are clean. But executive room for our 1 day stay for more than rs. 6000, when on an average apart from the room cleanliness, tv had no cable connection, just netflix, prime etc which we had to log-in with our id. Food was bad, both our dinner and breakfast. Prices are towards the higher side.

just a normal room ....that's it.. staff behaviour is 👍 ... local lodge facilites rooms............
