Everything was good. The view from balcony was perfect. Food was also nice. The staff was also supportive

Its located nearly 1 kms away from the main road and we have to hire the hotels jeep to reach there because the road towards it from main road is not suitable for mist of our hired vehicles and we have to park our own vehicle in the main road and stay at the resort.Good staffs and accommodation ,food is also good

The property is in between of a lush green mountain. The taxi will drop on main road, and the jeep from resort will pick up. There is no extra cost for jeep service. Any number of times you could go up and down. The view from the rooms is extremely beautiful. Rooms are very spacious. There is an restaurant also serving non veg/veg food. Insde the pr property has a beautiful garden worth exploring. The staff is extremely helpful, and unlike any other hotels, they don't ask/demand tips. Very decent staff.

Your tag ‘MMT Value Stay’ attracts me to book this property as we value MMT tag. Unfortunately it was an utter flop decision. The approach path way is too steep and not at all comfortable for a sedan car to reach. There is no parking facility as it stated and even struggled to reverse the car. We need to depend their drivers to take the car to the Main Street. Most of the facilities stated were exaggerated. We felt locked in the property and spoiled the trip at the core. They have mentioned wheelchair access, but I couldn’t see even any ramp to use the wheelchair instead even steps are with good hights. Mosquito is an added benefit here. We never ever suggest anyone to book this property as even it’s not a strong structure, roof done with metal sheets.

Found it on make my trip. Location was in pallivasal main road but road was very steep and down but they are providing jeep transportation from bus stop to resorts are free only. It was a pleasant stay with cardamom plantation. It's a budget friendly and food also very good. Recommended for all.

Stay & food was good, pleasant experience by the staff at glenmore. Would prefer to stay again at glen-more during next visit

Resort is good, the only difficulty is reaching there. They are working on making proper road to the resort. Staffs were really supportive and friendly we have opted for complimentary breakfast and dinner. Breakfast dont have too many items but tastes good.

Excellent location, ambiance and service. Staff was very helpful. Only drawback is the road to resort, it's very steep and front wheel drive cars will have issues. But there is jeep service provided by the resort

The property was very poorly maintained. All the chairs and pillows were full of stains. When we checked in one of the room was full of bad smell and we were not able to enter. Management recommend us for a room upgrade which will cost additional 500. We accepted the upgrade but suddenly they came back saying it is already booked by another customer and we need to use the same room as no other room is available. Finally the management team put some air freshener and they kept the doors open to vent the bad smell out. But the worst part is the bad smell went out but the room got filled with lots of mosquitos and it made sure we were awake the entire night. We had 2 kids and both got into fever. Such a horrible experience and hospitality. Next day we went with an offline booking by visiting a nearby hotel.

Hospitality and customer support is good. Locality of the hotel is good, but the road the way of hotel is not good and some risks of driving.

Calm and peace atmosphere, nice place to visit with family / friends.
