The location was decent. The service was pretty fast but the quality of items was very bad, for ex: we ordered tea and coffee for room service and the ones provided were the worst tea and coffee we had ever tasted. The room was okay but definitely not something you should get in a 4 star hotel. When asked for additional bed, we were offered one that would be on the floor. We did not try the food

The property manager rocky is humble and kind enough to upgrade our rooms to premium valley view. Such a comfortable stay and generous staff very welcoming as well. We got lucky to have the sadhya on-am lunch and celebration. Another plus is the room view, its fantastic.

We stayed for one night; the hotel staff is really nice, and we liked the hospitality. Suggestion is to put a small bottle or dispenser of the hand wash in the washroom. The entire property is well-maintained.

groupWe had a wonderful time at grand valley resort. Rooms are good and the resort has all basic amenities. A special thanks to our host mr. Rocky who catered all our needs with a big smile on his face. I would rather say, having this kind of people with superb hospitality qualities will definitely grow the business to the next level. Nice view from the downhill. The reach to the hotel is a bit challenging the first time. However, there was a weird bad smell coming from the bathroom, and the bedsheets were dirty. On the positive side, the room service was good, and the staff was very helpful. They tried their best to address our complaints.

This resort was located in plantation point but the way to the resort was too down slope and if you want to go out night in our own vehicle it's bit difficult, but the property has got his own jeep to deliver customer to top of the road. Rooms were wet smell when we check inn that smell last upto next day morning also. The food and pool was too good and clean.

familyThe hotel is located in a very picturesque location. The view of the tea garden from the rooms is exquisite. The food was decent. There were limited choices in non veg for the dinner buffet, for the breakfast buffet only eggs were available. The swimming pool is decent but they don't insist on etiquettes from their guests. We found people jumping into the pool in regular dress, without swimming cap - as a result i would not recommend this swimming pool. The table tennis board was placed outdoor and hence always moist and thus unplayable. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. On the flip side, there is a very steep descent on the approach road to the hotel. It's very difficult to climb up and down this road. As such after you get to the hotel you are virtually locked in. It's impossible to take a walk on the beautiful second mile road which is so near to the hotel. Similarly if you wish to try some other restaurants in the nearby area then that option too is ruled out because of this steep approach road.
