Eagle Mountain

Location was bad. room was dirty .no was present on reception to receive. Bedsheets were torn .no bathroom sleeper available.

spacious room ,balcony and wash rooms... basic needs like food ,water ,cleaniness are superb. from balcony we can see forest. parking is limited. No lift facility. But there is helpers to carry luggage to room. felt room rent is higher for the facilities they provided.

No one was available during check in and check out, breakfast was included in the booking but it was not provided

My stay at Eagle Mountain Valley Resort was nothing short of spectacular. SMALL SUGGESTION DON’T TRAVEL TO THIS AFTER SUNSET BECAUSE IT’S A VALLEY SO THE ROAD IS A BIT HARD TO TRAVEL AT NIGHT.

Worst food i ever had was at this hotel. Further they charged rs. 35. 00 for each bottle of water instead of rs. 20. 00 the mrp printed on the bottle. Would not recommend this hotel.

Location is not well demarcated from the main approach road. However property is a fantastic location with pristine views of the valley. Room size is very large and can easily accommodate 3 adults + 1 child in a room. Restaurant needs some cleanup. Chef prepares some excellent food and there is no need to go anywhere else. Staff is very courteous. Parking can however accommodate only cars and not traveller

Location is good but road till resort is quite steep and difficult to drive rooms are average

Water sounds and no network which means we can stay peaceful. Foods are ultimate.

Overall good to say. But availability of food and delayed preparation are major problems. The blankets are not clean and making foul smell.

Located in very deep forest and awesome location. But no mobile signal and very poor resort wi-fi. Food is ok.

View is of jungle not of valley. So insects are there

Location - 5* hospitality - 3* road conditions to reach property - 5* room amenities - 3* location is fantastic and mind blowing, we were sceptical about eagle mountain how it would be as we already stayed in bracknell forest exactly beside it which was awesome stay in earlier visit, but eagle mountain is also too good and we are taking memories for a lifetime. We were thick and misty cloud most of the time and entire night fresh air and cool breeze was there, no ac but it's too cold and no need of fan also. Also there are multiple small streams of waterfall on either side of property, one is clearly showing from the balcony. The hospitality of property team is good. Only thing is very less options for food items, we have to pure order for lunch or dinner if we want that too few items to choose from, this must be improved. Could have provided a kettle in room as it's always cool, but if we want some warm water they were happy to give from there kitchen. Room is very well maintained, hot water available in washrooms, no ac is provided as it's not required since it's always cool but a fan was provided, we did not even see at it once as we had a cool stay. Sit in the balcony and you will forget all your worries and get relaxed by seeing at the nature and cloud playing hide and seek and covering with a mist and the feel of cloud will make you so fresh, we had unforgettable memories taking from here which i will cherish my whole lifetime. To reach the propert please take road from the blossom hydel park > munnar head-works dam > pothamedu view point > eagle mountain resort. It's a beautiful property located in a remote place giving a cozy environment to stay.
