worst service. had booked 2 night stay. On reaching tried everything to cancel the 2nd night due to their service. Their hospitality is worst. only 1 person who is not willing to welcome you. No mineral water provided, though mentioned in booking. No tea bag. Lots of restriction imposed. They don't have restaurant and you are not allowed to take food in room. Not allowed to sit outside. Only veg in breakfast that too with restrictions with seating. Asked for bowl for bhaji/chole. not provided. Overall room is ok but service and hospitality worst.

WORST BEHAVIOUR FROM RECEPTIONIST 2.WORST SERVICE 3.EVEN WE CAN'T HAVE OUR FOOD IN THE ROOM... 4.NO BODY WHERE THERE FOR ANY ASSISTANCE AND THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF BEHAVES VERY RUDE. 2 PERSON ROOM THEY CHARGE THE SAME PRICE FOR 1 PERSON BUT IF WE SAY 2 PERSON MEANS THEY ARE ASKING EXTRA 1000 THIS IS TOTALLY NOT UNDERSTANDABLE.2 ADULTS AND 1 ADULT SAME COST THEY ARE CHARGING BUT IN DOUBLE ROOM WE ASKED FOR ONE MORE PERSON AND THEN AGAIN WE HAVE TO PAY MORE.NOT WORTH FOR WHAT WE HAVE PAID.

Poor Stay

I never recommend anyone to stay in this worst Hotel. The behaviour of the staff is very rude. Breakfast is very very very poor. Kitchen is also not available in this Resort. Path were also under construction that's why old agers like me feels very much difficulties because closed of the main entrance. Don't book this Resort in any way.

I stayed there for 2 days.There was no proper housekeeping. First day we had tea/coffee the first day and no one came to either clean them or to take them. Even for drinking water we had to call them several times.No tea /coffee bags or milk creamers were present. We had to keep asking for everything and that too they took ages to get the work done.

Views from the resort are amazing. Rooms are very well maintained. Very cordial and helpful staff. Only breakfast available, no lunch & dinner. But, with many restaurants close by it should not be any concern.

amenities and service were good . but one thing I would like to mention is about the location. location is fine but reaching to the location is very scary as it's on hill top and the road to there is pathetic as blocks are coming out of the road and it's very risky to drive ur car . please make sure to fix that as it can damage ur car very badly

The location was good with great views, but rooms had bugs inside them, hot water didn’t come out the sink. After 9pm, no one responded to calls, called the reception as well as the number many times, with no response. The hotel was dark with flickering lights and no dinner or lunch facility.

located at the heart of Munnar Town. Room and bathroom were cleaned and spacious. The resort itself has no restaurant but all restaurants are within 500 meters reach. Outside food is allowed as we ordered food from swiggy by sitting in the room due to monsoon season. The resort has a big non-shaded car parking area but it is outside of the resort. All rooms have good hill view specially tea plantation view. Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay.
