amenities and service were good . but one thing I would like to mention is about the location. location is fine but reaching to the location is very scary as it's on hill top and the road to there is pathetic as blocks are coming out of the road and it's very risky to drive ur car . please make sure to fix that as it can damage ur car very badly

The location was good with great views, but rooms had bugs inside them, hot water didn’t come out the sink. After 9pm, no one responded to calls, called the reception as well as the number many times, with no response. The hotel was dark with flickering lights and no dinner or lunch facility.

located at the heart of Munnar Town. Room and bathroom were cleaned and spacious. The resort itself has no restaurant but all restaurants are within 500 meters reach. Outside food is allowed as we ordered food from swiggy by sitting in the room due to monsoon season. The resort has a big non-shaded car parking area but it is outside of the resort. All rooms have good hill view specially tea plantation view. Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay.

Excellent property at the heart of Munnar.Spacious rooms with all amenities.Only negative to say is the steep path leading to resort from the main road.Only experienced drivers can drop your car on top.Separate Parking is available.Care taker is very friendly and available at any time. Although hotel is in the middle of the town, it is on the top of carmel hill. So if you have a car of your own then it is good. Keep in mind potholes filled road to way up. If you are physically fit then no issues in walking. Refilling of Amenities is what you need to ask for... Good view from the hotel and maintenance of cleanliness all around is a plus. Breakfast options are limited but are good. A stand to dry clothes or heater on rent may help travellers. No issues with staff. All are very helpful.

The hotel administration is extremely unprofessional and won’t heed to customer’s safety or plea. We had booked two nights at the hotel. Unfortunately due to heavy rains in Kerala we couldn’t make it to the site. The hotel administration didn’t consider any of our requests for full or partial refund. I am not sure how an alleged 3 star hotel be so inconsiderate towards guest’s safety at the time of a natural calamity. I would advise anyone looking forward to book this hotel restrain themselves from doing so. Extremely unprofessional behaviour!

Overall it was good stay. The only thing is the restaurant service wasn’t available, we had to order food from out side. The worst thing was we ask hotel staff to provide plates for dinner & surprisingly they charged us for using those plates as service charge
