we booked 2 suite rooms, and they provided only 1 suite as shown in the picture at makemytrip booking and another one room was smaller. No complimentary tea sachets or cattle to use. Not as shown in the picture or video provided. It has direct approach from the maon road. I asked for GST invoice, front office person said, if you booked through makemytrip , then you have to get it from them. Beds are ok ok only.

We booked suite room and below are our valuable experiences in this hotel for 6k/day. 1. No water bottle / drinking water 2. Tv was not working 3. Toilet was leaking 4. No room services rather no phone to call for any service

Only one benefit is that hotel is located in the center of munnar town. 1 ) no parking facility. 2) poor room service. There wasn't an intercom phone in the room 3) when i check in the linens where very dirty, lots of stains the pillow cover and sheets 4) there is no restaurant in the hotel. You have to collect coupon from the reception and visit the hotel near by for breakfast 5) foul smell from the toilets this was my first experience while booking through mmt.

There is no facilities which were mentioned in the booking. They did not provide breakfast as mentioned in booking. I am thinking that i will file complaint in consumer court. We had a very comfortable stay at red sparrow hotel. We arrived late evening and the location is very prime and very good for families. Cozy good room and the service was also very good. The channel music in the lobby is very soothing like a luxury 5-star hotel. The hotel manager assisted us in arranging a cab service at a very reasonable cost for munnar sightseeing. Overall i would love to come back and highly recommend this place for families who want a safe and comfortable stay in munnar. I also came to know that they arrange for a full package including pick up and from airport and so next time i plan to take your service also. Thank you, sanju and the entire team at red sparrow

The hotel was nothing like mentioned on the app. Their were hardly any amenities that were mentioned like iron, refrigerator, mini bar etc. The room was not clean and the water was also not available 24*7. Even the telephone did not work. We got a connecting room and thus there was a lot of noise from the adjacent room. Terrible stay and a full waste of money.

Booked this hotel for more than 3k but the room was not even worth 1k. Only in one towel, no hot water, no toiletries, no complimentary water bottles. Just a bed and mattress with dirty covers etc, restaurant is a separate one but located at ug level of this hotel. You need to get a coupon and you can get 1 item per person for breakfast. Never been to a hotel like this. Very worst
