Nice experience really worth of all penny. This is my 1st time experience in Munnar and its really very good

Location is good, food service is average. If you go for the outer look it’s beautiful but room service was terribly slow. I have to wait for the hot water for more than one hour, not able to get dinner because it’s 9 pm already. We were terribly stuck in the traffic jam and that’s happened with maximum tourists on that day but they were very much punctual with their timing though we had a 5 years old child and 2 elderly people with us and we had to go outside for the dinner. Overall stay was average for me

Well maintained rooms & located at great place to access all tourist attractions. Food taste was average.

Happy stay at this hotel. Nice and calm location with a scenic view. The staff was very good & cooperative. The hotel was clean and hygienic instead of rainy season. The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. Though there was miscommunication by the staff ...we were told that breakfast will be close by 1030 hrs at time of check in but the restaurant staff called us on our day 3 at 0920 hrs that we are closing the breakfast at 0930 hrs, and that too he was very rude.

Everything was just perfect.. superb hotel in reasonable price!! Location was nice, rooms were clean!!

Everything was good, but there was waste of water to get hot one..

Everything was good the room, view, breakfast. But the service was too bad. I need to activate my room TV I called the reception they said they will activate the TV but no one came. Next morning I called the reception again to ask for Mineral Water and again no one came and we checkout from the hotel. Please work on our service.

Was a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and good. Only drawback was breakfast. Limited options for food.

The property is very close to KSRTC Bus stand. Staff Behaviour, Cleanliness and ambience is commendable. While Breakfast is buffet, Lunch and Dinner were provided on Order 'Ala carte'. Rooms were spacious and with adequate ventilation. Best choice if you are travelling with family. Kerala tourism corp is very close and you can contact them for budget sight seeing in Munnar and they charge only Rs.500 per person. only request, can add few more items for Vegetarian. Still, Vegetarian menu that we ordered, they were tasty and worth every penny. Looking forward to our next stay.

Rooms were good, but less food options. Overall it was nice. View was nice as well. Price was it was bit high.

The location is very near to town. The room is very neat and comfortable. Worth for money. Staff members behaviour is really nice. Food is good. The restaurant is there. So no need to search for food.
