Eastend Munnar

location is best in Munnar with all required amenities ( stayed at Premium room with balcony), well maintained and good service. Don't expect greatness in Food though for room service - not that good in taste but hygiene, breakfast in the other side was good.

We have a room with a garden view reserved. In front of our gallery no garden view was available. The staff did not cooperate. Due to the lack of food after 10 p.m., we had to hunt by the side of the road.

I stayed for 3 days really the hospitality is good. The big size room and the dining table were set up and all awesome. Drawbacks: 1. TV no channel subscriptions are paid.even not a smart rv 2. Wifi fecility is not good 3. Restaurant foods are a little costly. Overall the stay is Good 👍.

room, view everything is perfect, pleasant stay, nice staff behaviour, just the restaurant aura is not up to the mark compared to rooms.. the restalooks little shady..

Decent stay with hygienic environment and it offers colourful and peaceful stay with scenic beauty. We stayed in Balcony view room.Rooms were very spacious with city centre view.By this cost it's worth stay with artistic view of nature from the top.It is good for family with safety environment because it is ease access for cab or taxi nearby...I would say it's relaxing and happy stay

Hotel is in central munnar and near market area.. Room is clean and well maintained with breathtaking view.. Recommended

It was an amazing memorable experience with EastEnd Munnar hotel. The staff was very obedient and their services were super fast. I would highly recommend to check this hotel for your stay in Munnar.

The overall stay was average. The room allotted lacked proper ventilation and had neither a fan nor AC initially—though a stand fan was provided upon request. During rains, the entrance would get flooded, and we had to call housekeeping each time to clear it, which was inconvenient. That said, the housekeeping staff was polite and responsive. The complimentary breakfast was decent, but the lunch and dinner options were overpriced. For the tariff charged, the property definitely needs to step up in terms of proactive service and basic infrastructure.

One of the best stays in central Munnar city. The rooms were clean and offered a stunning mountain view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety. For dinner, room service had a limited menu, but the food quality was good. If you prefer dining at popular restaurants in Munnar, be prepared for delays in getting a table and placing orders. The hotel also provided ample car parking. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay

I stayed there for 2 nights and had an excellent experience. Thanks to Shushil and Reji for all the arrangements for my son's first birthday. Room was amazing with Garden view. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and has different south cuisines as many have mentioned earlier. All amenities were given as per booking. Location is good within the market area, walkable distance from Bus and taxi stands. Thank you Eastend making this trip a memorable one. We will definitely come back soon and definitely recommend to others too.

It was good stay, the rooms well maintained and advantage is quick access to the city. The food served was delicious and has many options to choose.

The location was good. We had booked the Deluxe Room with a garden view, but were offered an upgrade to a Premium Room. However, the upgraded room didn’t feel premium, and the view was disappointing—it faced the hotel entrance rather than the garden. The balcony door was jammed and required considerable effort to open and close each time. The food was average—not particularly great, but not terrible either. One consistent issue was the service: items like plates, glasses, or spoons were often missing, and we had to call multiple times to get them. The overall facilities were just okay. The parking arrangement could be improved. In summary, it was an average experience—neither very good nor very bad.

Location was excellent but in this era of you don't provide Wifi then it's disappointing. As my Vi network was poor in that area I had to struggle with internet. Staff was friendly, Restaurant food was average, at times understaff. Water in bathroom was never hot but mild warm, it should be hot in hill stations. Good parking space. They do have Car charging facility.

Location is good, market is just 100meters. All things are easily accessible from this hotel. Breakfast was really good. Room service was also good. Worth staying here.

The room, front office, housekeeping services were good. Special thanks to Susheel who was very courteous. However, the restaurant food, services were quite disappointing, many items on menu were not available, food items are over priced but not at all tasty.

Excellent service, comfort, cleanliness. Hotel balcony view is superb. Well prepared and tasty food.
