Arul Mount Munnar

Rooms are not clean, smelly bedsheets and no water bottle and hot water even no fans in the rooms terrible stay

Our stay was disappointing. The room and toilet were in poor condition, and there was a strong unpleasant odor from the toilet. The property is on the third floor with no lift, which made access difficult. The bed sheets and blanket were not clean and had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi connection available on the upper floors.

Very good and safe stay. Feeling happy with Arul accommodation. Would be try come again here and will suggest others also.

Room was spacious and hot water was also available in morning hours. There were 2 negative things one the quality of blankets was very poor and un highenic and parking is also limited.

neet and clean bathroom and bed room also. good staffs for help. we didn't get any food and water from hotel.. location is very nearest from munnar town

it was located about a kilometre from munnar town. The scenery nearby is good and there are a few good restaurants nearby.The room was neat and clean with ample bedding and the service was also great.

It's a normal stay. The price is affordable compared to other stays. The owners are very helpful in nature. I'm recommending it to those who require an affordable price with a good room.

Rooms were not up to the mark..... Hot water is only available from morning 7:30 to 10:00.... Soaps and shampoo were not available in the bathrooms....

The hotel is ok but the location is a little bit far from the munnar market. However experience was ok Cleanness - good Staff was helpful

Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Average location and view from balcony also not good. Small parking.

Great accommodation and near all tourist places and receptionist also well worked then over all good

customer care is good and facilitates is average the atmosphere is pleasent and peace ful feeling so increase the facilities including breakfast or lunch

we didn't even last there for 30 min it was so dirty and terrible, even after asking the receptionist to get the things fixed she didn't send anyone

The location is very good and there is a good morning breakfast and dinner next to reception All people have a good response and Akash is a very nice person and I will come back next time and I will suggest to friends. thanks

not advisable hot water in very slowly coming bucket was very small better prefer another stay not good

Property was good and location is city center, but food was okay no restaurants nearby.
