It's called a luxury hotel but it doesn't have any advantages. There is no swimming pool. There is no activity, the trekking is very poor.

The Receptionist Sanitha and Sameer greeted us with genuine kindness, made our check-in seamless, and ensured we had everything we needed. Throughout our stay, the General Manager Sri Prasad was visible, approachable, and truly committed to guest comfort—something that made the entire experience feel personalized and well cared for. A special mention goes to the Chef SHIJU JOSEPH, who was the highlight of our trip. Every meal was crafted with such skill and creativity that dining became an experience of its own. The flavors, presentation, and variety were outstanding, and the Chef frequently checked in to ensure guests were satisfied—a rare and thoughtful touch. It was an excellent stay with Amber dale. one of our best property experiences we have so far. the hospitality the cleanliness the food the ambience everything was on point. All the staff members are extremely polite and attentive and so warm in hosting guests that you don't feel like you are away from home. we enjoyed every beat of it. We hope to visit it again soon!

The stay was wonderful and the service was excellent. Sameer was of really great help assisting us throughout our stay. The chef Siju helped us with delicious food and even took the liberty of customizing the dishes to our liking. Highly recommended stay for anyone visiting munnar.
