i stayed there for two days it was an amazing stay particularly the reception person was so kind and so helpful.we reached munnar through public transport so we felt little discomfort to reach this cottage but the reception person was so helpful for reach the hotel and after that he arranged everything we need like food, transport,auto,cab everything so he was so kind and helpful very thanks to him

familyCaretaker is a nice guy. Rooms are clean. No ac on the rooms. Not suitable during summer. Bed sheets are seems old, communication from road point to room is not good.

Had a very bad experience

No proper navigation is available to reach the property, when it became very to find the location for me I called the owner and he came to pick me up but his behavior was not friendly, there was a limit to get the food and he asked me to order the food within 10 minutes after check-in, there was only one socket and that they kept for a table fan as there was no ceiling fan. The area was not clean and I could not wait there for 10 more minutes. I will not recommend others.

Our Cottage is 150 meter away from the main Road and it was raining and misty atmosphere when they arrived here. Before seeing the room they were not ready to take the room. In that day four couples were staying in the Cottage. After talking with us the entered the room and half an hour later they want to check out the room and asked the refund amount. We can't refund the amount and said to them to discuss with their travel agent. Also, we give the fresh food only to our customers and need more time to prepare the food than in the normal restaurants.
