worst experience in the room,they gives dirty bed with lots of dust and it also wet.Also the toilet was unhygienic.

Iam not stay in kaithakkal rooms.because heavy rain.not possible to stay in tent with family.so iam not check in.I ask to him that tent change to rooms.but he ask big rate.so I leave it.my booking amount also loss.

The location is not in Munnar it is in Rajakadu. Not Clean, the worst response, no hospitality, No House Keeping and cancellations request also not accepting and No response on call.

It was worst experience booking in this platform. In this stay I booked for 19 peoples, they gave only 4 beds remaining peoples used to Sleep on floor. In that room no fan, no blankets, no geysers. It was a terrible experience in my entire life. That hotel manager he took extra 1000 rupees. He was very rude . This is the worst decision I have ever made to booking rooms in this platform. Please consider this review and take action on the hotel. Remove that hotel from your platform.

Need facility for Dinner arrangement.

Stayed in a tent and LOVED the experience ! The best part was the service provided by the receptionist guy named SUMEESH who works from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm for just a meager Rs. 350. He went and got food for me, charged my iphone, AND even allowed me to transfer money to his G Pay because I had lost my wallet and phone with GPay. Sumeesh DEFINITELY deserves a pay raise OR I will hire him SOON! Thanks SUMEESH Your hard work ethic will get you far in life, like ALL SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE in the world .

There was no fan and blanket. Bed was rock hard. Lots of mosquitos ensured sleepless nights. When complained caretaker said he is helpless.

The hotel is very neat and good, the hospitality is good, the manner is very helpful and available all the time

while booking it showed as room and I paid accordingly.The location was wrong. we received the placed at night. we called the owner and he never shared exact location and said there are no rooms available. the booking is done for tent and he said there is no bathroom facility and unsafe for family to stay.. we enquired via phone if there are another room available. At that time he said there is no vaccancy and we booked another room offline in other hotel. After that when we complained he said he can arrange other room. By the time we paid and checked-in on other hotel. so he said he can cancel the booking. As we have discussed with makemytrip representatives they said they will refund after getting acknowledgement from the owner. To date no amount is refunded. Worst experience

Resort people didnot said about room condition and they ask more rate for that room. Room don't have heater.

Kaithakkal rooms and cottage located in a very peaceful place and the person taking care of the guests is very humble but the place is at rajakkad not in proper munnar so little problem with connectivity with other places

We book for tent, but we reached their and we can't find any tent and they inform, you should upgrade to another one

We didn't get hot water for bathing in the morning. Expect blanket too.

google map not showing correct direction to the property and i'll try to call the owner but he didn't respond and i'll ask to auto rikshaw driver he is help me... and i'll going to property owner wife only is there she was very rude behaviour she gives a room 104 tv not working floor is wet floor was slipping bed very bad condition blanket and pillow also wet already used room was smelling lots sour smell we are very disappointed 😞 so we are check out same day 6 pm we don't stay at night. this room we are stay
